What are you listening to? Fantastic lyrics , political undertones & racial profiling

Different strokes n that :)
Really love Buggsy's stuff at present though too.

Also I've been catching up with the DON'T FLOP videos of late n all - Fuckin quality ;)

I don't understand whether this is the what you're actually listening to thread, or the I'll try to make myself look sophisticated, edgy and deep to a bunch of strangers on the internet one. Mmm

heh:). I post stuff that I've been listening to recently, that I like. Not necessarily listening to it at the exact moment I make the post though. (I admit, I probably wouldn't post something really well-known, like right now I'm listening to Bat for Lashes but I probably wouldn't bother posting that because you all probably know her).

@mental kenny

I always had weird taste in music & yes it is what I was playing at the time.

Some I have not posted due to "extreme views" in the music (punk & some Norwegian black metal)

I don't give two shits what anyone on EADD thinks about me tbh.

Luckily my links are largely avoided. ;)

Not by me Samhaingrim, I am like a music stalker when you post here, Like your swans posts.

I never say anything because you want me removed from here & hate me but I check all your music links, yet I ignore everything else you post ;)

Concord Dawn featuring RIKKI MORRIS? *jaw drops*. (Dude's a forgotten NZ 80s pop singer, would never have imagined him performing wiith Concord Dawn).

Burzum - Ea, Lord of the Depths
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=poHmLYVX9JA

"The Ears Are those of a Basilisk
His Horns Are Twisted into three Curls
The Body is a Sun Fish, Full of Stars
The Base of His Feet Are Claws
His Name Is Sassu Wunnu
A Sea Monster. A Form of Ea"

Weird Burzum would do a song about Ea in my view but it was a early release, guess he got more into Ragnarök legends after he recorded Aske

Imagine if Michael "voice of the whirlwind" Gira wrote songs for his friend's children and there were recordings of it. Wouldn't that be both hilarious and frightening?

Michael Gira - Mean Monster Mike

Wonder no longer. Not that I expect many have wondered, but I can't stop laughing. Call me silly. :)

Shows how much you actually know about someody's 'real' personality beyond what they present to the outside world and how that's perceived, I suppose. And that in man cases what they present masks something quite different, often for reasons other than straightforward deception.

Or the distance between the artist and their art, or some other such bollocks. Which I'll mercifully spare both myself and anyone reading this thread.

Daniel - Live at Moontribe - 4/3/1996

Would love to know the ID of the first track and the one at about 18.37 as well ( starts with the vocal " With Absolute acceptance" )
I was at this Moontribe, I suspect both are Matsuri tracks but cant be sure, as the English accent Vocals are hard to ID.

Would especially want to know the track ID for the start of that clip where the guy says "Let us make an exodus from our slavery"

TIA
