What Are You Drinking? v. The Milk Of Human Kindness

That's strange I never drink mint tea with sugar. Ain't had sugar in my place since 2004.

Camomile tea.

Mint tea Moroccan style is amazing, especially when it's hot out, gonna make some up when I get in I reckons. Not one for sugar in tea either tho usually, unless its generic tea at work or whatever. God I love tea.

Camomile is good shit, actually helped me a bit when I was coming off benzos and I'll still whack a load of it in a jug before bed if me other half is working nights or I have no weed

I've noticed that pain makes me want to drink n that whenever I have a tattoo / piercing I crave alcohol like hell n motivation for fitness etc goes down hill. Think I need to keep an eye on this n find a solution to it or I'll revert back n I don't want that as have worked hard to get where I am now. Don't wish to be where I was before.

Yeah I hear ya, it used to do same with me. Is all keeping yourself distracted and sorting other aspects of life out, in my experience. Least you're aware and keeping an eye on it, best way to be.

That's why they always sell cans of Nurishment in the same shops that sell Brew (sometimes they sell little else). It's like an urban nettle/dock leaf thing.

The liquor store opened today so ... Vodka and coke for me (going down a treat).

There was a traffic jam getting to the store (it was that busy), I had to park at the bottom of the street and walk a few blocks - it's in a secured compound and it was literally packed with hundreds of people all jostling to get into the store. Once inside it was mayhem - literally packed out and they weren't even stacking the shelves they were just standing with crates of the bottles and handing them out :D. Then they were stopping you at the door and you had to show your receipt and they counted the bottles before they let you out.

Sounds like something from the trailer park boys, Bear lol

It was pretty funny, cars parked all over the roads, traffic police, security etc Inside people were fighting with those trying to push in etc. Was bedlam - I actually was a bit wary due to the political tension as that many 'unholy' people in one spot ... Thankfully no IED's.

Sounds pretty cool tbh :D

Drinking black tea of some description. Isn't that bad actually, sorta wishing I'd bought some lemonade or summat though. Maybe attract a passing student to go the SU for me
