Gave up on the chilli lime mango fandango - back on the Stellla in a proper glass. Cause I'm a snob like that :p

Green tea, Apple n pear version (ugh n all that but needs must). No not drinking alcohol until after 23 April as I'm trying not to get infracted which more often than not happens after alcoholic consumption.

Now drinking water. May sound daft but I've forgotten how nice it is to just drink water.

I'm partial to both green and red tea, the green truly leaving me feeling little cleansed .

I dont know and have no need to know how much booze you were getting through but a support worker advised me to drink sugary drinks for a few weeks her theory being your body would carve the sugars from the booze ,

I did so and at the least it gave me something to drink, now I generally have a squash I thats a cordial not a vegetable round my way) with cheap fizzy water.

Best of luck with the abstinence, every day is a triumph and should help you see that you don't have to drink m it can be your choice, I dont really consider my abstinence permanent,I have no issue with those that drink but I havent felt a time has come where I could drink in moderation again as yet
 
Had enough time to take a manly slug of Beam whilst there were no other passengers sitting near me.

I'd probably do it again shamelessly, but there's a pretty girl sitting just to my right, and I don't want her to think she's travelling with a lout.
