What are you drinking? - "Someone is bringing you ice?"

I don't drink in the house to get pissed but I do drink in the house all the time. I like the taste of booze so why not?
 
Most times I don't end up pissed. I'll just drunk 4 beers or a couple ciders or a bottle of wine. Not enough to get pissed.

Had a pint of caipirinha earlier to finish the bottle of cachaça off, again not pissed though.

Aye, a couple of beers or whatever is fine imo. Still something I'd rarely do right enough. It's getting actually drunk on your own that confuses me (unless you're a jakey), I'd just be bored out my skull if I was drunk with no-one else there.

Spade - You tan full bottles of wine & then some in the house on your own.
 
If you're totally bored in the house with nothing to do then being drunk can make it better but it's a cunt waking up with a hangover the next day because it doesn't seem worth it.
 
I rarely get pissed at all, but I often drink in the house. Most days I'll have a drink.

When I went into the town for a kebab a week past Friday, I was actually shocked by the debauchery of "pissed" people at 9pm. I think I'd rather stay in the house and have a drink on my own than be involved in that mess. I don't get "pissed" to that extent very often nowadays. There's little point, no matter whether you're alone or in company.

I was actually pissed on Saturday night, with other people. It's not often I get in that state on my own.
 
I hate being properly pissed because it usually involves memory loss then a dreadful hangover the next day. The hangovers are just too much.

I think being drunk just makes it worse, because it makes me want to do stuff or at least chat shite to people. Having to type stuff on the internet is just more difficult when drunk & I can never be fucked speaking to people on the phone. At least sober I can do what I'm doing just now easily, or I can fuck about with Traktor, terrorise my mates with photoshop etc.
 
I have no problem drinking on my own but I never get drunk as I would with other people, six or seven pints at most is what I drink when I'm round the house wasting time at night, no proper heavy drinking.
 
6 or 7 pints at home? Fucking hell if I had 6 or 7 pints when out I'd consider myself well pissed.

Think I'll get some beers to go with my kebab.
