Generic Co-Op "Strongbow" with Vimto. It's actually surprisingly tasty. Cider alone really fucks with my buggered belly juices but a dash of cordial in it seems to make it far less acidic. Despite the fact it clearly doesn't really. Placebo Vimto, perhaps.

Gonna hafta face the frigid night air shortly to hunt and gather some baccy so may have to get some more cider in to defrost meself afterwards.

Think the Co-Op here has noticed that having Westons on offer almost permanently meant that no other cider was being bought so it's hardly ever on offer now. Cunts.

I think they are having to obey the new rules about supermarket "offers".

Offers are only allowed to continue for the same length of time as they have been at full price.

I'm hoping a few weeks of full price Westons, which is happeneing here too , will mean that there will be a few weeks of offer price westons over christmas and New Year.

My co-op has the 2 for £3 on vintage atm

Tescunts have some really good offers on beer/cider at the mo

4 cans of merrydown for £3 (normal 750ml bottles of merrydown are down to £2 too ..)

3 for 2 on lots of beers incl Duvel 8.5%. which I'm drinking tonight

lots on 4 for £6 on a range of beers incl Punk IPA and Old Crafty Hen which is bloody lush

Don't think so, I've just never had an open bottle of booze for that long before. =] Thatchers goes lovely with robinsons strawberry kiwi and barley, don't think you could get a better combo. Just put some chips on so I stop munching on the cannacookies, dangerous lil things they are.

Try it before you condem it, I like cider it on its own too but it tastes SO FUCKING GOOD with a splash of this squash. I'm too high to not do it, tastes tooooooooo good. Squash is usually pretty wrong in cider but theres sumink special about this one.
