this is a 40 ft wall of mist/water that was sound/voice sensitive. the more you talk/screamed/made noise, the more colors were displayed. very, very fucking cool.

there were a few bad things about the exhibition but i don't think it'll stop me from attending again if they have it. first of all, it was free so it was PACKED. not only was it packed but it brought out a bunch of trashy ass people just looking to get wasted. the entire beach was littered with boxes, bottles and cans and nobody seemed to give a shit. secondly, the music was cut off around 1 or 130am because of noise complaints. the music was planned to go on until 4am and 1 of the DJs didn't even get to play his timeslot. it sucked major ass cuz the beats were really good but when the po-po is standing on the stage making sure nobody gets up there, that's when you know it's serious business 8(

lol. If I were going to run myself further into the red by going off on a road trip I'm not sure Ohio would be too high on the list of places to go. I mean, I'm sure its a kickass place and all...

Is this a dog show like the westminster thing? Are you going to trot around an arena with a snooty- looking dog? All the dogs on those shows look like they would not enjoy interacting with the average joe blue collar dog.

I couldn't get to sleep last night, so it looks like I will probably finally knock out here in a couple hours and sleep through most of the day. Then I'll wake up really late at night when there is absolutely nothing to do at all. I don't have cable, so I'm stuck in infomercial hell at that point.
 
I own a basset hound. Far from snooty, but I'm not showing him this weekend. I'm here with my best friend and her bullmastiff. It's fun if you hang around the right people. :)
 
My dad and step mother are into something similar to that. They show their Brittanies in hunting trials.
 
^ I just recently got cable and watched season 3 in one sitting lol. Since then I have also watched seasons 1 and 2 in one sitting each. I love that show. I am also caught up on 4.
 
FUX YEAH.

I get to drag my broke ass out to Underground Sound 4 (hooray free rides!). That brightens my day a lot. or my evening i guess. Now the 2 week countdown begins.

Then there is a big festival with a bunch of psy people giving talks between the music.. daniel pinchbeck, dennis mckenna, alex grey doing a painting demo.

then the regional yearly all-out psy fests.

things are looking up. its been a long, very hot, boring relatively party-less summer so far.
