People seriously over-think losing weight. There's absolutely no magic to it, you've just gotta consume less calories than you burn each day and then it's a scientific certainty that you'll lose body fat.
yup - and you can do that either by increasing calorie output, decreasing calorie consumption or a combination thereof (hint: changes to input tend to be far more efficient for this equation)People seriously over-think losing weight. I'm skeptical of 'wonder' diets. Just avoid unhealthy foods and eat more of the healthy one, while expending the energy you get from food. It's not that hard.
^lol thought it was some copy/pasta. eyes rushed over expecting to see 'oct 2012' ;P
i mean ya any diet that follows the rules would work. I see a lot of specifics there that i cannot imagine the reasons for. I could release a mcdonald's diet of higher quality and more efficacy. nevermind that a "total calories" instead of "calories/lbs" or something is, well, not so good..
congrats on your results though, that is a sizable loss!![]()
I checked your other posts and came to the conclusion that you're an enthusiastic human.ohhhh hahaha bmxxx, you thought I was some spammer going to link to something for sale? ooo buy my diet secrets for 3 easy payments of $19.99!!!!!
being FIT makes people happy IME. people who starve themselves tend to be unhappy, and it sucks because crash-dieting is dumb IMO. Being fit is a LIFESTYLE, and 'crash' approaches are the opposite of lifestyle (or, if they are lifestyle, they're a shitty one).I read a quote somewhere that "skinny girls look good in clothes, fit girls look good naked" and I think that's absolutely true. But in the end what's important is whatever makes people happy.
