Anyone had results with this product just got it today, It contains protein and carbs. I'm going to have to eat 3 meals a day, exercise and take this powder 2-3 times daily. The shop assistant told me i'd gain 4 pounds in 4 weeks, what do you think?

Anytime you regularly increase calories and eat more than you burn, you'll gain weight. Weight gainer powder or not.

never used it or any weight gainers, but don't rely to heavily on it as you need the majority of your calories from real food not shakes. Also, the person saying you would gain 4 lbs in 4 weeks is just them pushing the product, take what they say with a grain of salt. You might gain more than that or you might gain less. It depends on the rest of your diet, training, genetics, etc.

You need to eat more than 3 meals per day, imo. You also need to be active and weight training or most of what you are going to gain will be mostly fat.

I set up my bulking diet with a 50% protein/25% Carb/25% fat split. Basically that means that when I bulk 50% of my diet comes from protein then the other 50% is split evenly between Carbs and Fats (mostly healthy). This is what works for me and might not for you, but you could always give that a shot and adjust as necessary. We all need different amounts of nutrients, so what works for one person, won't work for everybody. Keep in mind that fats are needed and don't make you fat.

I was suspicious of the assistant trying to pass me on the product when it wasn't that good but i'll try it out anyway. Would i get that PHD pharma whey in holland and barratt sergeant?
