Hi, Im 5'2 130 male average build. Over the course of 2 days I used 290mg of vyvanse with no tolerance to achieve a high which I did. I only used vyvanse twice my whole life. Later today I will be using benadryl recreationaly 500mg^ im just curious if the antihistamine and amphetamines would cause long term or short term or any damage at all. I know its not safe but ill still probably do It i want you to be straight foward and tell me if id be fine. Ive last took 100mg of vyvanse at 130 pm yesterday and another 40mg at 4pm. Its now 736a.m the next day and probably wont use the benadryl until later that night.would I be fine?. It was a 2 day binge I couldn't sleep for 36 hours. I finally got 7 and a half hours a sleep today

Good lord man that's a shitload of benedryl. I mean are you asking if the amp would interfer negatively with the benedryl? I don't think it's like opiates/benzos/alcohol in that sense that they can be deadly when mixed together but what do you get out of taking that much benedryl? That dosage alone I think can cause hallucinations and other adverse effects.
That dosage.of diphenhydramine is incredibly reckless. That large of a dose with almost certainly cause full immersion delirium, horrible body load, and adverse physical effects.
Diphenhydramine causes restless leg syndrome to manifest itself for some people when they take too much. And with the amphetamine that vyvanse metabolizes into causing vasoconstriction... I don't think you will have a fun time. In fact, I think any good that you could possibly find in this experience would be ruined by the spasmodic pain in your legs.
I couldn't find anything on serious drug interactions, but I've read somewhere a while back that diphenhydramine (anticholignerics in general) seem to exacerbate the unpleasant physical effects of an amphetamine high.
just take 50-100mg and go to sleep OP, you'll thank yourself later.

That's 20 tablets of benadryl. Have you ever done that many before? I did 14 a few years ago and i once i wanted to pass out i could'nt b/c my legs would'nt stop kicking and i was tired as shit but because of my legs being EXTREMLY restless and kicking like im a NFL kicker or something. It was by far one of the most unpleasent things i've experienced. So if you like your legs kicking for 12 hours straight, being tired and not being able to sleep, feeling drunk without the good buzz and all that shit, then have fun with it cuz that's about all that's gonna happen minus i guess you might hallucinate a little, who knows.
I would take more vyvanse before i took any DPH, that's for sure.

Do not take that dose of Benadryl/diphenhydramine with amphetamines. That is an incredibly reckless dose by itself. Mixing it with amps (even on the comedown from amps) is not something you want to do.
As has been said, if you need help going to sleep, take 50-100mg Benadryl. Don't take more than 100mg. Any more than that will increase your risk of adverse effects and not increase your sedation at all.
Tread carefully with that combination in general. But do not take 500mg Benadryl.
I'm going to edit the title of this thread so it makes more sense. Titles like "please read and reply" aren't going to get people to pay any more attention to your thread....
