Right, but it's a competition and the votes cast toward you were for a different photo. If it was that one from the start, who knows how it would have changed the votes. People are choosing the photo not the photographer.

I actually considered voting for his initial pic, but I don't like the replacement nearly as much. People want their votes here to matter and be valid. This ain't a US Presidential election...we have standards.

The multiple submissions thing has created problems I would say, it makes it so I need to make a judgment call to which photo to include for people if they have multiples and don't tell me which. I think after this round we will only allow one submission per person, it's more fair and that way I can't end up choosing a different one than someone wanted. I also blame sleep deprivation.
