Vomiting red/black blood?

Blood in your vomit ends up looking like coffee grounds usually... Trust me, I know from personal experiences. So if it looked like that, yeah that's probably what it was. And if it was, I'd get yourself checked out ASAP. Good luck man.

Yeah, it would look like ground up coffee. I've vomited that up once when I OD'ed. I was unconscious when I was vomiting it up though. I'm not sure what caused it, and I never looked into it. Didn't really care at that moment though.

They said it was a bleed from my esophagus, probably caused by the vast quantities of GBL that I consume.

My very first teenager od , consisting of PPt and temazepam and alcohol resulted in passing out and waking up with red puke every , didn't think much of it , did break up with my girlfriend cause she didn't even try to wake me up or anything.
