I go on and off opiates so often...I would say weekly. I have a monthly script for hydrocodone 10/500, 30 of them last filled on 2/22. I went to see my GP yesterday and she writes a paper script dated to fill on 4/3 (One month after I had Xanax filled, not hydrocodone) which is not correct, but I looked again at the paper script and she increased the amount prescribed to 60 instead of 30
. I was a little messed over about the date and I have a great pharmacy staff, so I was going to fill it when it was due 3/22 and I don't think there would be a problem but now I will wait. I think that my GP increased the amount prescribed without realizing it and I'm not trying to rock any boats. What would you guys do?
