EDIT: What are you feelings on sunwarrior protein? It appears pretty cost effect and the amount of protein is pretty high
Also what do you know about needing less protein as a vegan? I heard plant protein absorbs better and you need less of it?
It might not be unhealthy but it's always cruel.I like it up here. Many do, my argument was only eating meat isn't cruel or unhealthy if you get it from the right place.
