the fact that barbs are synthesized from urea is irrelevant, sure its also in piss, but the similarities end there

nothing wrong with me, benzos just never did anything for me. i would take 100mg of valium and feel nothing. xanax would just make me drowsy, it would have to be a high dose though. klonopin was ok, but id have to take a lot of that too. ativan was probably the most worthless for me though
 
To the op:

If benzos don't work for you.... why don't you just get pissed? Alcohol is cheap and readily available. It is sure to get you off your chops. Or are you too young?

You are missing the finer points of the Valium Experience.
 
valium is my pet benzo.

you obviously dont have much experience with the class of drugs, otherwise youd know just how subjective any benzo experience is.

i hate it when morons diss drugs because they personally dont like them. i hate kpin, but it is only worthless to ME. some people love it.

i've been dancing with mr brownstone i used to do a little but a little wouldnt do then a little got more and more, i guess im gunna start putting lyrics in my post, who would of thought i would be random like that? 8)

i have tried taking valium for my anxiety. i have tried doses of it up to 100mg and didnt feel much anything. does that mean i just need to take more of it or do i just need to find a different benzo? btw, i suffer from social anxiety, and the only thing that ever worked for me was oxycontin. obviously i cant take that for it, so im hoping to find a benzo that might help, or atleast take the edge off of social situations
 
Well at 100mg it should have done a lot, certainly kill any anxiety, so apparently it doesn't work for you. Maybe try something else like Xanax? I see you are from the US, if I'm not mistaken they use Rivotril against anxiety there so you could try that and see how it works?

And the people who say something is wrong with you if you don't feel any euphoria from benzo's are talking trash, I've never felt any euphoria from oral benzodiazepines when taken alone, not from Rohypnol, not from Dormicum, not from Halcion, and certainly not from Rivotril, Valium or Temesta. IM benzodiazepines is something completely different though only with the medium and strong ones, Valium IM is still crap. Unfortunenately for practically anyone it's impossible to aquire ampoules, and injecting nasty tablets is stupid unless you don't care about yourself and your health.

OP: Don't count on getting barbiturates. As you should know, they're rarer than hen's teeth, except for phenobarbital, which isn't enjoyable in the slightest. Maybe you should consider attempting to lower your tolerance to benzos.
 
^^ phenobarbital isnt enjoyable? are you aware of what your saying:):) i'm not saying its a super potent barb but at least its much much more enjoyable than diazepam and many benzos (not all of them of course).
 
^The key thing to remember is that it's all highly subjective. I personally found phenobarbital to do little more than make me very groggy and disoriented. I've tried doses up to 800 mg and I've yet to experience anything enjoyable. But, YMMV.
 
Only Pheno is available here (as in most countries). But in the nineties my
favourite was "vinylbital", on the market as "Speda®".
I guess the thing with diazepam is that once you have a high tolerance over
a long time, then this benzo somehow seems to be much weaker than others.
Someone who never has taken barbiturates or benzos would fall asleep from
5 or 10 mg. But to me it is the same, even after months of abstinence i need 3
or 4 at least, while i get effects from other benzos in lower dosage compared to
30 or 40 mg of this.

BTW: In the year when barbiturates where taken from the market in germany,
the price for one pill of Vesparax® went from 1.- up to 8.- deutschmarks.
 
Diazepam was too a sedative for me. It made me tired and zombie-like. Prefer alprazolam way more in social situations.
 
Valium seems to be a funny creature, as when i was addicted to it (about 3-4months ago) it seemed to bring out an energetic quality in me, but now though it completly wrecks me, this may have something to do with the blues of the 4month ago phase, but with 5mg yellow now everywere i suggest tryin them for a great sedation experiences :D
Oh yeh nd by them way im on 80mg of 5mg yellows at this point in time so i do know what im talking about, fuck i need a drink :L
