Alcohol and benzo's are cross tolerant, so sounds like you have a massive tolerance to these substances and are going through serious withdrawal. I would definitely not try and cold turkey this, maybe start tapering, but like others have said, you are better off seeing a doctor as soon as you can.

300mg a month is 10 mg a day, even if it was double that 600mg a monthis 20 mg a day , and if those doses are biweekly its close to the 50 mg twice a week you said,

You are right !! But thats not counting pills from my grandmother and friends , still when you put it Like that i did less then i tought i gues thank god.

Shit now it crossed my mind i did have a script for 2x 10mg(30pills in box) for a year or 2, also my ex had rivotril (weak ones 0.5mg but 50 pills) its nasty how easy it is to get those pills :/

Yeah i gave up from cold turky.. Will let you guys know how this hell goes. 1 thing that brothers me is i have temperature around 37/37.5 and this pissing problem that acured, is that normal for People in withdrawl ?

Yes , paracetamol. And my pissing is back to normal (drinking some Tea for it)

@polarthedog OP says he takes 10mg diaz 2x per week... That is not going to produce any significant withdrawal...

Also, no matter anything downplaying the seriousness of a seizure in sleep is precarious at best.... We are harm reduction not internet doctors.

And yes seizures can kill you absolutely, make you braindead or paralyzed

If OP drinks more booze than I picked up on and he is seizing he needs to go to the doctor.

He said 300 mg max per dose, it usually 50 mg, even twice a week that’s a lot.

But ya, I think he needs to go to the hospital too, he seems set against that though.

Personally, if I was in his situation, I would start taking 30-40 mg a day, quit drinking, and skip the hospital. I always end up dopesick if I go to the hospital because ime they take days to give me the narcotics I need to control withdrawal.

Though just because I wouldn’t do it, Doesent mean he shouldn’t

If I really needed to go, I guess I could smuggle some pills in my asshole, should have done that the other time s I went to the hospital.

If you do go that route, be sure and make the bag you put up there smallish, I’ve almost got bags stuck up there in the past because I made them too big and apparently the muscles in your butt are weaker than the muscles in your hands and fingers.

Ah only maybe litter and half , and when i Got out of bed i was all wet so i gues IT went im my cloths xd im sitting on toilet for half and hour now and finaly managed to take a poop and piss as a human (barely can feel my legs xd) i asked mother to Bring bottle of watter and coffie and it hwlped

You should be taking a b complex vitamin every day to replace the b vitamin store lost through alcohol abuse.

You said you drank like a fish pretty much, it’s fair to assume that you were roughly multiplying the effects of your Valium by 10, so ya, I don’t se how 10 mg of valium would cut it, though I guess you did just go through 10 days of withdrawals, probably lowered your tolerance a little.

Given that information, it’s totally possible that you may need 50-100 mg of Valium a day for a bit, but don’t drink any alcohol.

But ya, we’re smart people (for the most part) on blue.ight, but we can’t see you, or check your blood pressure, or do an X-ray ect. And most of us do not have medical degrees, so I think you should go to a hospital or check yourself into detox, now, not on Monday, now. But don’t drive there, call an ambulance,if you have a seizure while driving, no telling what could happen

For me it took a day or two to notice a dose decrease , I did my best chopping 10 mg tablet into 1/4’s (2.5 mg) but it was pretty inaccurate when I tried dropping from 10 to 7.5 , I think I did that for about a week before dropping to 5 then another week or two then off all together, keep bumping this this thread with your progress……

I can give you guys instructions on how to make a liquid version from the pills, it’s much easier to lower your dosage accurately that way, you just take an oral syringe and measure it that way, 95-99% accurate every time that way

I Took alot of advice People gave me and it helped , only thing i refuse is hospitals or psychwards... Even if i decided to go jokes on me , Got no insurance.. but i get your Point , im just going to update you guys how im doing but if this is useless thread now feel free to remove it... Well, he took most of the advice, just because he asks for advice Doesen’t mean he has to blindly follow all of it., I mean it’s his life, and he seems fine considering he’s lowered his dose from around 50 mg a day with alcohol to 15 mg

To be fair, I often forget that not everybody has the luxury of health insurance/socialised healthcare. It also bothered me that you threw yourself into cold turkey without reading up on what benzo withdrawal is like. It frustrates me to see people putting themselves in harmful situations that they can remove themselves from or avoid completely with some basic due diligence, but clearly here I have overreacted without considering the full context. For that, I apologise.

OP I and others in this thread really want to help. And I understand English may not be your first language, and your state of mind may be a bit cloudy. But please try to think back and clarify a bit better what your use was like.

You have given vague response to so many questions about your use and then surprise us peppering in new statements in recent posts about getting a 2 year 50 count .5mg rivotril (clonazepam) script from your gf example.

I am not trying to be a dick just trying to understand what you were taking.

I think a simple list that just tries to estimate your usage like this would really help everyone in the thread help you better:

1) Valium 50mg 2 or 3 times a week, maybe once a week a large dose.
2) 10 Shots / beers / units of alchoal on average every day.
3) how much clonazepam were you taking during the 2 year period you had access, were you also taking valium and drinking heavily during this time?

The recent mention of your clonazepam script for 2 years and the way you described pounding liquor and beers gives me the impression your use might be heavier than people would guess after reading some of your earlier posts in this thread - no judgment again just trying to understand where you are starting from.

1. Is correct
2. Lets say 3-5 half litter beers plus harder liquer whenever around me (im a blackout person so i cant be sure) but minimum 1.5 litters of beer + shot or 2 (seems to low but to make avrage day..)
3. Rivotril (clonezepam) i also used recreationaly but it was shared with my ex and other family friends (cant tell for sure how much i used but evry month 50x0.5 pills arived) i dont own the script its from my ex
