Benzos Valium - HELP

Thanks for the reply fig greatly appreciated. That's the weird thing after taking 10 Teva 10mg vals I'm fine and can go about my day that's how high my tolerance is. When I was on the other benzos I would come in from work and take 8mg xanax and wake up on the couch tge next morning wondering what happened. My kids are my world and I need to get off the shit. And to make things worse in also addicted to tramadol which I'm prescribed by my gp for a back problem. I'm in such emotional state I'm fed up.
