(UNOFFICIAL) Ecstasy Discussion Chat - We've moved!! - Instructions on the first page

I have a question, please someone reply :)

So i've tried XTC around 8-9 times now, taking one (ten pound) pill at a time.
I've heard that re-dosing is much more damaging to your body so I was just wondering -
If i decided to take 2 at once would that be better or worse than taking my first one and then second an hour and half later?
Or what about taking my first one, then one half , half an hour later, and another half, another half hour later,
whats the least damaging? and dont tell me that doing any amount of ecstasy is damaging because I just want to know whats the best way to do it.

Taking ecstasy is always damaging and taking more will do more damage, the thing to do is keep on the supplements such as 5-htp and pircetem(sp?) and also lots of vitamin d helps replenish lost seratonin.

Personally i always preferr the double drop as compared to re dosing, becaus when most people redose they want to get BACK to where they just were, which inturn usually never happens to the same extent. Thats why i go all out the with face smacker and enjoy some nice buds for the comdown.

Moral here is, take ur vitamins ;)

Calling them 10quid pills I'm assuming you're UK based? A lot of the £10 pills knocking round these days have high amounts of mdma in them, so much so that double dropped as suggested above could be really uncomfortable if not dangerous.

Do you know what press the pill will be? If so, check www.pillreports.com to try and find out the dosage.

hey I used to be pretty active on these forums, when i was 16 years old several years back, I went through a e craze and consumed a ton in a small amount of time about in the 90-100 range in a 3 year span that I now realize was a totally irresponsible needless to say flash forward... I have only done it once in the past 2 years , but I sometimes get weird deja vu when I partake in activities that I used to do while on e , such as having a smoke late at night, anyways i plan on doing it again this new years ,and im excited because i forgot what it felt like...and i dont even know why im posted this , but i just felt like sharing it .

^enjoy it man!!!!!! i was just talking with some friends today about rolling, ive been on about a 3month break and NYE is going to be poppin!!!! super excited.

Take it easy everyone and safe rolling!

I've got a question that I figured would be best to post in the most general topic on this board instead of the "Lost the magic" thread.

This is going to be pretty hard for me to kind of put this all down so bear with me. It might be a little scatterbrained.

I'm a 23 year old male who used to take my fair share of MDMA. I think the last time I took it was when I was 21. On that night my buddy and I did something pretty dumb and we ended up taking about 4 pills because the first one didn't help us feel anything, neither did the second, nor the third. That was pretty much when I realized that I wasn't going to take any more MDMA - I felt as though it was a waste of money and was probably wrecking havoc on my brain.

Rewind the clock a little bit more to around when I was 17 and my friends and I were rolling about once a month maybe a little longer maybe a little shorter inbetween trips. It was all fun and dandy till my best friend died and my other best friend attempted suicide multiple times, then I started taking MDMA to try and feel better. I know now this was a terrible idea at the time, but back then I thought I was invincible, nothing could really hurt be and besides I was young, my body would always bounce back right? So I kept doing this, and eventually probably took a total of 100 pills between the age of 17-20.

After I had stopped taking MDMA I felt kind of numb, like emotionally. Things that would normally make me ecstatic like graduating from college, watching my sister graduate from high school, moving out from my parents, landing an amazing career etc, wouldn't really have an effect on my mood and when terrible and horrible things that happened like my grandfather dying from Alzheimers (The disease was depressing enough) or getting broken up with by my girlfriend of 3 years only to see her start dating another guy a couple days later also wouldn't have an effect on my mood. It seemed like I am just stuck on this flat plane of emotions whereas I see my friends and other people around me enjoying the roller-coaster of life.

I guess what I'm really trying to ask is; could this all be because of a permanent alteration in my brain chemistry because of MDMA abuse? Is there anything that can help me with my situation? Would it be worth it to maybe see a therapist or maybe see if I can see a neurologist?

If there are gaps of info that anyone would like clarification on I'd be more than happy to fill those gaps, I just want to know if anyone else has had or known about something suffering from something similar.

I'm really sorry to hear that tastypotato,
i read all that, tragic to lose your best mate like that...

As for the damage,
I think that the brain is capable of healing,

Im going to PM you some stuff

Got the PM, thanks for the reply.

After reading it I don't know if it'd really help me but I might be willing to give it a try. I do not plan on ever taking E again though, it really doesn't appeal to me anymore, especially if it helped to whatever damage may have been caused.

I kind of already follow your diet - as a flexitarian I often eat plants and rarely eat meat (Only on special occasions) so I definitely get all of the vitamins and nutrients my body needs to be healthy. I've also lost 35 lbs since I switched diets and started exercising too...

Maybe I should my work supplied health insurance. :P

Many people mention this:
so I definitely get all of the vitamins and nutrients my body needs to be healthy.
and the likes,

but the only real reason for those foods in that list is simply to raise serotonin, i think they are specific to doing just that.

Hi, I was wondering about some things that happened to me during the time when I used to roll every week around 3-4 every time. Does anyone ever get symptoms of hypoglycemia (Low blood sugar)? When I first started, I used to be fine, but after like the 3rd or 4th week, I used to get really sick; to the point where i would have to lay down and sleep and try to force myself to eat (which was impossible). At first it would start when I stand up, then I'd get a blood rush to the head to the point where everything looks sparkly and I lose my balance and fall down. Then I would get a massive headache right after that and hear a buzzing sound in my ears. Then my hands and feet would become really cold and turn numb. I noticed that the one day where I forced myself to eat bread by watering it down and swallowing it, I didn't feel the symptoms that much.. It got to the point where I lost ALL interest in MDMA. I THINK that when I ate something like chocolate, I would feel a LITTLE bit better for like 20-30 minutes then get the same feelings again.. I was just wondering if i wasn't the only one getting these symptoms. Thanks a lot for any information on this situation!!

At a guess i'd just say your serotonin levels were so low that you was getting those symptoms.
These warning signs from our bodies tell us we are doing something wrong.

I kinda assumed it might have something to do with that too.. but the thing was i wasnt depressed or anything either.. the only thing I can remember was that everything was annoying me for no reason and I would get pissed off...

Do you think it's possible to feel those types of symptoms when you over hydrate?? I don't know why but I started feeling chills and got all cold, and I felt the weird feeling kicking in, then I started doing some vigorous activities where I sweat and suddenly the weird feeling disappeared... Oh and when I started feeling the symptoms I tend to go to the restroom every 10-15 minutes... Maybe too much water??

Hot and cold flashes? Sounds like a pipe.......tho it could just be feeling uncomfortable, i know last weekend i got some really good chunks and decided to roll after not taking a proper break and during the come up i got similar feelings to yours. Suddenly get the chills and a little sweaty but thats usually common for me and just a normal come up, now if you get really hot then cool back down i might be a bit concerned.

It's been 4.5 years since the last and first time i took ecstacy. I just watched the movie holy rollers, and it made me crave so bad. It was the perfect night, and nothing was special, except for the first time i felt ok. Like I accepted myself for who i was and what i was doing in the world.

I miss that feeling because i'm 3 weeks clean of all drugs, but the only one i actually miss is xtc.
