If you like DOOM, check out MF BORAT (The Mask and the Moustache EP).

It's actually awesome. DOOM's rhyming is more upbeat than usual, he sounds a bit like Biggie at times on the EP. The beats have a soulful, almost housey sound (apparently Sacha Baron Cohen produced the beats.)

Loving the last track on "The Mask and the Moustache EP"

Thanks for all the stuff every one. I got tons of dling to do tonight.
Thizzer I am really diggin nujabes

i used to listen to people under the stairs but not sure what's up with them lately. and yo, who doesn't love blackalicious?

j-live is pretty sick too, he actually made an appearance on wu tang meets the indie culture which was pretty unexpected tho not one of my favorite verses of his. i lost my mind when i first heard this track:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KK2BgAqml98

he anthropomorphizes his turntables so if you pay attention the story's saturated with turntable terminology (starting with the title, wax paper).

this dude theory hazit is also pretty tight

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4HCzQ_vAro

used to listen to 7L, esoteric, freestyle fellowship, whatever, but i find all those cats pretty boring now. not really even keeping up with indy hiphop because there's just so much of it that isn't even worth hearing once :\

Awesome label. POS has to be my favourite artist they've signed.

co-sign on this. shit like POS is why i still fuck with hiphop. three amazing cd's, some of the best beats [most with real instruments] i've heard in a minute.

never better is probably the best one though.
