House cat is doing well, scratching the fuck out of the Chippendale mind =D ....I blame it on the lack of kitamine :p

Congrats on the new mod post. The things you'll do for access to the staff nudie thread! Really though, that's good stuff, you're a much needed man there <3 I must come over and troll the bipolar thread ;)

PM on its way <3

Ket I'm able to get hold of at the moment (not sure of the location sorry), is a fine, but hard and bright crystalline structure, like really small hard crystals like salt. Really hard to cut up any finer too. Has a nasty chemical taste - not like the usual sort of menthol ket freshness (although perhaps this is just me). Seems to KO me at a normal dose, but isn't a very clean hole, I don't often remember what happens, other than that I was out for a bit, or that I'm vaguely aware that I've been moving around my flat obtaining bruises. :(

My guy says he can get hold of some S isomer stuff which are a smaller, fine but sharp crystal, more transparent. More expensive too. Trouble is I've never preferred S isomer because of the short span of the trip, although I'm tempted to go for some of this just to get a bit more of an interesting, thought provoking mental experience. If I just wanted to KO myself with no memory other than a faint sense of regret, I'd start drinking again. Or GBL again, not that I particularly want to go there!

Yes, that's where this s+ isomer stuff came from. It's not too bad if you need to feel OK again later on ;)

Do you get a dependency on Ketamine?... The only time I was ever around people on it was back in '03 in Ibiza for the Summer. I never tried it as it seemed like some crazy shit but the English people we partied with loved it, the rest of us (Irish, Spanish, French mainly) that summer stayed away from it - although some of my mates from Ireland did take it. I think they took too much off the stuff because I remember two guys who I knew from home totally freaking on it, one of them left the Island a day or two afterwards and another guy I just remember him crying his eyes out asking to go home and screaming that he wanted his mother (he had been there 3 months before taking the K and was fine up until then).. I think he actually stayed around but don't think he took the Ket again. There was one English girl living with us she absolutely loved the stuff took it most nights of the week and she was always looking to shag someone when she was on it (she was fit as f*** too!).. There was one Irish guy actually who loved it too there he took it a lot... but mainly it was the English who took it - it seems that it agrees with English people more than other nationalities, have you guys noticed this?

I was very wary of it before I saw grown men cry for their mothers while deep in the K-Hole so suffice to say I didn't try it after that scene...but the reason I was wary of it is that trippy drugs like that never agree with me anway.. This story is pretty pointless just an observation really - England seems to be the main country for Ketamine would I be right in saying that?

If you get a dependency on it I presume it's psychological?... where would it rate addictive wise compared to good coke or crystal meth?..

I think they (who?) describe it as habit forming. So not addictive in the same sense as coke and meth but because it's an easy drug in terms of use, comedown, price etc it's still very possible to let it become a part of your everyday life.

I always thought of addiction in 3 (not mutually exclusive) forms: physical (your body will throw a hissy fit if it doesn't get it), chemical mental (addictive drugs with no significant physical withdrawal), and non-chemical mental (gambling and whatnot)

From snippets of addictive topics I've read I assume that's a pretty naive view though.

if its original use or invention was as a horse tranquilzer does it anyone know if horses are tripping their bollocks off and K-holing and stuff whilst they appear to be tranquilized. I mean obviously you cant ask a horse "Hey Doris, Molly" or w/e its called, "are you tripping?" But I'm sure scientists could do brain scans and stuff to be able to theorise if the horse was tripping or not. :?

Hard to know for sure. We definitely have created quite a culture for ketamine use. Cheap (well, it was), easily available (again, less so now), and it's quite versatile effects regarding dose all contribute to it's growing popularity. But I wouldn't say we're the number one consumer. Canada and Hong Kong are up there as well. If they haven't already passed us by.

I think the laws that had been in place and the authorities having overlooked it and choosing to focus on other drugs, have probably allowed the boom in supply. They've only recently started to change things, in light of all the health-problems associated with it. It's also just a very habit-forming substance, without being physically addictive. Especially as your tolerance builds so rapidly. So naturally, it's made a name for itself.

I live in the south east and everywhere is dry. Is anyone else still having this where they are. Pretty shit!

IIRC is was only made specifically illegal (rather than just controlled via script/doctor) in 2005, by which point Indian chemists had the synth down to a tee so much so that a litre (50, 100, or 150g? I cant remember) was costing less than £70 by the time it arrived in the country.

Well I'm not going to pretend I know where the K comes from,

but K is far from being in a drought, can get it still quite easily, quality is good.

This happens on the blackmarket million and one reasons why people's areas can have droughts!

You're a known fibber. Bristol is dry of good ket thus everywhere is dry. simples.

Ok dan, if you can't get it in Bristol no one else can.

No need to call me a fibber, that's rude.

p.s what else have I fibbed about?
