The main risk with ketamine is fucking up and doing something that will get you killed because you're so out of it. Especially being alone, yeah that happens. Usually an overdose would involve multiple sedatives in addition to the ketamine. Who knows. I feel like drowning yourself would be a shitty way to go, but if there's any state that you'd be able to do it in, it'd be after taking a fuck lot of ketamine.

Ghastly way to go. He likely would have been paralysed but still conscious.

That's an easy assumption to make considering how open he was about his mental health struggles but I really don't see it. If he'd died from a bottle of vodka and a pack of benzos then I might agree with you but from his third dose of ketamine that day, when he'd been using it specifically to manage depression? Nah.

Not to mention his assistant was helping him take it, helped him administer his final dose, and was only out running errands when Perry died, so he wasn't expecting to be left alone for long.

I really believe this was a suicide. He had been a, recreational substance afficionado, for decades. I believe he wanted to pass out and drown. Sad to see him go.

He was very open about his struggles with staying sober. He tried to be a good role model; after he got sober. He even tried to help people.

This is really sad, being wealthy, and being able to easily get any thing you want and as much as you want ; is quite dangerous for a guy like him.

I really was sad to learn of his death. I really thought he was sober.

that's not quite accurate.

back in 2023, the placer county da charged a fentanyl dealer, who sold the drug to a 15 year old girl who died, with second-degree murder (under existing statute). the jury in that case found the dealer guilty.

other das have announced their intention to consider murder charges in similar cases.

Years ago they passed a law. I saw it on 20/20 or something similar years ago.
In it they showed a guy doing life( he was the first case) for selling, I think ecstasy ( 80% sure it was ecstasy) and one of his customers, she died.

Now he was a young guy, and doing life( not sure if parole is an option). Life lost and another, destroyed.

This was before I stopped watching Television. There is a law that they can use.
