It's been a bit over a week since I last smoked with friends. When I smoke I normally have a little, just to feel a buzz, not to feel like a total wreck. Beforehand, I smoked for about a month, once or twice a week during weekends, never alone. Before this pattern has started, I haven't had weed in about half a year or longer. I don't really like the effects of it, but did it anyway to try to have a good time. Anyway. Since I started smoking, I've been getting muscle spasms and twitches. I notice this when I try to sit still and relax. Sometimes I even get a zap, causing my leg or arm to move slightly. I'd say it happens every few minutes, and hasn't stopped since I last had weed. I'm pretty certain that weed is responsible for what I'm currently going through, so now I wonder, how common is this problem amongst smokers? My friend gets the shakes and twitches while he's high, but I haven't asked if the problem is persistent. I remember this happened last time when I had weed, a long while ago, then the symptoms slowly disappeared. Is there anything to be worried about? Is this worth mentioning to the doctor?
I live a healthy lifestyle, workout 4-5 times a week, and take vitamins daily.
I'm not planning on smoking any time soon again, might even give it up all together if I get the job I'm applying for.
Thankssss
