Here's two clips of a Very Special Episode of "The Facts of Life". Not only does the first clip feature a very young Helen Hunt as a stoner, the druggies tell Tootie that a bong is for storing jelly beans, which leads to a very strange scene with Mrs. Garrett in the second clip.

Tomorrow is 4/20 so there should be a lot of shows about weed at least.
The channel G4 is playing stuff all day like Reefee's Madhouse (parody of Reefer Madness I'm guessing), an episode of Code Monkeys about 420, and Attack of the Show about 420.
Also, History Channel is playing "Peyote to LSD" today.

I think the show Weeds on showtime is one of the better shows on television....................oh, I the Wire on HBO gets mad props too.
in the mighty boosh, in all the seasons as far as im aware there are drug references.
i recall one episode in season 1 where naboo and bollo get done for loosing a magic potion or something something and have a sing song called "time to light up a last one" awesome stuff.
also the board of shamans often argue about who is the best drug taker.
marijuanna, poppers, e and hallucinogens are all mentioned
