Six Feet Under-Season 1, Episode 1 ~ Daughter smokes methamphetamine for the first time with her boyfriend and immediately after feeling the first effects of the drug, she receives a phone call on her cell phone telling her that her father has been fatally killed in a car crash. An absolutely terrible way to experience anything like that for the first time.
 
There's a special on A&E about meth called "Meth: A County in Crisis" and it's on again the 12th.
 
The latest episode of the Simpsons (season 17, episode 11: We're on the Road to D'ohwhere) had Marge selling Homer's expired painkillers and getting arrested for it.

The simpsons episode were homer eats the mega hot chilly and starts hallucinating, that is obviously meant to represent an LSD trip.

VH1 is playing "The Drug Years" series this week. I think it is 4 parts, one hour each.
 
Did anyone mention the "Saved by the Bell" Episode where Jessie (Elizabeth Berekley) gets addicted to diet pills....I always thought that one was funny..


And I know that there is maybe 2 or 3 episodes of "Sex in the City" that have E or Marijuana references...
