Depending on the brand I needed up to 400-500mg of the stuff to feel something. And despite it being dangerous at those levels it was a good high and I'd be nodding out all day.

I liked it. Stimulating, not drowsy and a mellow buzz. Happy feeling, but not as pronouced a feeling as with strong opiates.

I recommend 100 mg and realize it does take a while to kick in.

And I think this "seizure threshold" is bullshit and I only say this because I have taken gigantic amounts of Tramadol and not had a seizure...has anyone had a seizure from Tramadol?

Personally I haven't, and I have also taken large doses of the stuff. HOWEVER, if you are taking an SNRI, an SSRI, or an MAOI, I have seen people that had seizures when mixing these and even small doses of tramadol. I worked in an ER for a while and tramadol induced seizures while not common, were certainly not rare.

I would put this down to everyone is different. Hell, the LD50 of every drug is not a measurement of what will kill you, just what will kill 50% of people taking it at that level.

Yeah, Tramadol is the shizznit!!
250mg is my usual dose when I dont have a tolorance.
Cigs taste great on them and I can have amazing sex for almost as long as I want.
It's also a great antidepressant and a mild stimulant.

Does anyone know if tramadol shows up on standard drug test where they test for opiates? Just found out I get shitload of tramadol on tuesday from my brother who has been on vacation :D:D

But since I'm quitting dope I have to take a drug test every now and then, so it'd be a shame not being able to take them..

Oh and, can you shoot them?

I probably shouldn't be telling you this but you do get Tramadol vials. I've had a 100mg IM shot in hospital. I don't know if you can IV it. And I don't think it's worth the risk injecting for such a weak high. Maybe it would be a good thing for moderate w/ds and people addicted to the IV ritual trying to taper. It could also be a short cut to a seizure.

No, you cannot shoot them.

No, they do not show up on drug test. I mean, hypothetically they can be tested in a GC/MS test, but no one will since they aren't regulated in any way.

And no drug testing questions.

It's subjective, if it doesn't work for you it doesn't mean it doesn't work for anybody. I love it and mind you, I did powerful opiates too.

If I remember correctly, when administering IV tramadol it needs to be injected very slowly... like in an IV drip.

I have heard tramadol is a pretty good opiate. Does anyone have any experience with it? Im not a big fan of opiates since I tried Oxycodone. I only took 10 mg because I had never taken opiates before. It was a shitty high and i was sick as a dog.......

there's a gazillion threads on bluelight discussing this topic, you'd probably get a lot more information by searching them instead of the replies you might get here. anyway, if you get the right kind of tramadol, yeah it's a hallacious opiate. there are low quality brands though that suck. i've taken some that will give me a 10 hour all day euphoria, almost as good as hydrocodone, and i've taken other different brands that just suck hard core. i dunno why, but that is definitely the case in my experience.

Uh, but opioids are far different to LSD. Trip specifically refers to drugs with psychedelic properties, of which opioids have none.
