Hello darlings.

I just want to add a little information about my personál experience with difference between opioids (theyr analgetic properties).

I was taking 200+mg Oxycodone daily for severe acute and chronic pain. It worked, moderately.

Now i take tramadol oral drops 100mg/ml. I am on benzodiazepines and levetiracetam and it perfectly eliminate risk of seizures from high dosage.

I am taking 200mg, few hours after maybe 100, another time 400mg...It is extreme daily dose and i do not recommend it to anyone who do not have acces to anticonvulsants.

So, i just want to say, that tramadol analgetic properties in rapid CYP2D6 metabolizer, are considerably stronger event in lower than approximate equivalent dose of tram:Oxycodone.

If they add some kind of anticonvulsant to the tramadol medications, it would improve it so much, that for good metabolizers it would be very good and strong opioid painkiller and also kind of stimulant/antidepressant.

Risk for seizure starts from 400+mg at one shot, one time i didn't took benzo and i woke up in ambulance

Tramadol is worst drug i ever took and i had experience with oxy or other strong drugs, 15 years ago i had 5 year run taking tramadol in drops. Sometimes 2g per day, I've managed to quit but never recovered to be fully sober, weed is a minimum to live comfy. Been addicted mean time to benzo, preg, amphetamine but now I'm taking it for short time benzo or preg and break for 2-3 months but not from weed. Tramadol ruined my mental health, i would prefer to take morphine (i.o) instead of that shit. I've read somewhere that tramadol is opioid+snri as a mix, for me that make's sense like.

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've been here, but I wanted to since I've been taking tramadol for the last while (it's been several months now) I also take other drugs, mainly codeine and pregabalin- But usually it's more tramadol-clonazepam-pregabalin. Adding tramadol to my life was very good, it helped me in many ways to improve my anger attacks that I was having when I was exposed to cocaine withdrawal... besides motivating me to do things that I was previously avoiding (like facing problems that I had been putting off because of the anxiety I had) and like everything else... the fun is over, there's no euphoria anymore, and it's not that it's "fun" it just makes me feel normal... I already know withdrawal from this... and it's horrible... my tramadol doses are between 500mg to 900mg-700mg daily... any ideas to reduce it from here? I read something about interactions here.. I've mixed 600mg doses of tramadol with grams of cocaine for fun.. and had no problems, but I swallowed about 10 valiums so...

What about combining tramadol with bromazepam? Is it more desirable than combining it with other benzos?

Yeah generally speaking mixing opioids and benzos can be a bad idea, due to the increased risk of respiratory depression which can cause an overdose. I would also be careful mixing tramadol with cocaine as both of these substances lower the seizure threshold. You can also easily forget how much you've dosed when you're on lots of benzos and take far too much. It also likely isn't going to make your tramadol any more euphoric than taking it alone, just more dangerous.

Hello to everyone. I'll posr it here too although the thread was 'Tramadol and Adderal' . I've used speed since 2002 and tramadol form10 years.

At first I mostly used it sporadically, but the last 3-4 years regularly.
For me it's a good anti-depressant and it works immediately. I've been prescribed only tianeptine(Coaxil), as I'm from Bulgaria and the majority of psychiatrists got their diplomas using speed. The effects of Coaxil were negligible and as I stopped cold turkey the depression returned much stronger and lasted two months. I also tend to abuse it with benzos and at least 400mg. tramadol afterwards.

The most important thing is that when I'm on amphetamine, there is no tramadol withdrawal at all! Also I tend to increase the dose to 600mg and takke it twice a day when abusing it for months . Because of that I did physical blood test(too much paracetamol). However my health is fine. Only the cholesterol is a litle above the normal, but it was a result of my diet the previous days(said my doctor). The liver fortunately is fine.

Please have in consideration that every person is different. I have extremely fasr metabolism. Also after the test I began to walk everyday(5-10km). The doses I take (1200mg daily is very dangerous). Now im on ~500mg and will lower it to 400mg. once a day. At the moment I prefer not to take speed, as I don't play poker for now. Line or two with my ftiends and only few times monthly is OK for me. Tramadol also helps with the amph cravings , so I don't want to stop. It is so easy available and cheap here in the pharmacies and given freely as they do with medicines containing codeine. Also they dom't ask for prescription for a medicine with phenobarbital and 200mg cost approximately as a cup of coffee. The temptation is too much.
