Tradie pulled over with ice and viagra says he’s worth $12bn

Sounds like a very successful business person who happens to use ice, xtc, viagra and quite possibly steroids.

He sounds like a pretty decent person so far. Good on him for making so much money so quickly if that's all legit.

^ Well he does state he is giving it away so if you lose that bet you can get it from him to give to me ok.

this is the only way I can reconcile him being a bricklayer with the rest of the evidence

Unless if he inherited it all from a wealthy father who didn't spend time with him as a kid.

I am with Spacejunk. No way that money is legit. People would know about him if he had made that kind of coin in any legitimate way.

Extravagant holidays to France, the USA and Greece and a swanky beach-side Noosa address: The lavish lifestyle of the jet-setting 'billionaire' brickie with $596million in his bank account

Self proclaimed 'billionaire' brickie living a lavish jet-setting lifestyle
Phillip Harrison's Instagram account tracks his holidays around the world
The 29-year-old tradie has recently visited France, the USA and Greece
Currently lives in Queensland in the swanky beach-side suburb of Noosa
Mystery surrounds Mr Harrison after he was arrested on Friday
He was caught in possession of Viagra, ecstasy and methamphetamine
Later found that Mr Harrison had $596 million in his personal bank account

Jet-setting around the world and living in Queensland's coveted beach-side suburb of Noosa doesn't come cheap.
But it seems, Phillip Johnathan Harrison, the self proclaimed 'billionaire' brickie can afford it.
Mystery surrounds the 29-year-old who was pulled over in an Audi sports car on Friday and was allegedly in possession of Viagra, ecstasy and methamphetamine, known as ice.

He told officers the Australian government gave him the luxury vehicle, he also told them he was a multi-billionaire worth $12 billion.
Mr Harrison's duty lawyer Nick Handly told Roma Street Magistrate's Court on Friday that he had checked Mr Harrison's bank account and confirmed he had $596 million in cash.
He also said Mr Harrison had $1.5 billion in property.
But when duty lawyer Nick Handly asked his client where his wealth had come from Mr Harrison said 'he wasn't at liberty to say'.

The tradie's Instagram account tracks his extravagant holidays through Greece, The USA and France.
He is pictured in Zakynthos, a well-known summer resort Island in Greece.
Mr Harrison is also seen relaxing and enjoying a drink at a luxurious pool-side resort on the Greek Island of Santorini.
He has recently visited Paris, pictured in front of the Eiffel Tower and at the Louvre on the Right Bank of the Seine River.

His pictures show he has visited the coastal city of Nice, the capital of the French Riviera in the south of France.
The Instagram account also contains pictures of the bricklayers trip to the USA, pictured at the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
The court heard Mr Harrison was an ice user.

Police prosecutor Sergeant Sean Francis suggested Mr Harrison's passport be surrendered as a condition of bail, given his means could make him an increased flight risk.
Magistrate Anthony Gett agreed and also granted bail on the condition Mr Harrison reside at his Noosa address.
The matter will return to court on April 18.

Here's an explanation:

Phillip Harrison ‘the tradie billionaire’ may have fooled the court with computer app

IT WAS the bank balance that had a Queensland court baffled.

Noosa man Phillip Johnathan Harrison appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Saturday after he was allegedly found with the drug ice, ecstasy and viagra on him when police pulled over his Audi.

A bricklayer and tradie, 29-year-old Harrison seemed an unlikely candidate to be one of Australia’s richest men — but he allowed court officials to log into his bank account which revealed he had $590 million cash and a big property portfolio.

The amount of money stumped even the lawyer representing him, Nick Hanly, who said: “I would not have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes.”

Now it seems it wasn’t all as it seemed. The Courier Mail reports Harrison may have used a computer app that makes a bank account look genuine, but is in fact a fake account.

People with a lot of money in their accounts are usually granted bail because they are considered less likely to try and flee before their case is brought back to court.

The court heard the bricklayer and carpenter told officers he was worth $12 billion and later explained to his lawyer he’d been given the car by the government.

Mr Hanly said he had asked Harrison the origin of his significant net wealth, which he’d apparently only come into in the past 12 months.

“He said he wasn’t at liberty to say,” Mr Hanly told the court. “At this point, I was considering getting mental health to come in.” But Mr Hanly said Harrison then urged him to log on to his online banking account — which showed a cash balance of $596 million and a property portfolio of $1.56 billion.

“He did not make any attempt to run and he was not trying to hide the drugs or evade police,” Mr Hanly told the court on behalf of Harrison.

The court heard Harrison was an ice user. He faces charges of possessing dangerous drugs, possessing utensils and possession of tainted property.

Police prosecutor Sergeant Sean Francis suggested Harrison’s passport be surrendered as a condition of bail, given his means could make him an increased flight risk.

He said Harrison had a “relatively significant quantity” of methamphetamines and MDMA powder when he was intercepted.

The court was told Harrison had been consuming ice because of personal turmoil over a relationship breakdown with the mother of his two-year-old daughter.

Magistrate Anthony Gett granted bail on the condition Harrison reside at a Tewantin address.

Outside court Harrison told the ABC he made the money in, “investments, my ideas in cars, apps, trade, I sold them overseas, have been for years”.

“How would I make billions in drugs without being caught?” he asked.

He was unhappy with Mr Hanly’s performance before the judge. He said he told the lawyer he had $1.2 million in property, not $1.2 billion.

“My lawyer was delusional, I told him not to say it, duty solicitor not very good.”

Even though the money seems to be a fantasy, Harrison appeared — at face value anyway — to be living an envious lifestyle.

First there was the late model Audi he was driving when he was pulled over, although the court heard he claimed he’d been given that as a gift.

Facebook pictures show him relaxing in European hotspots like the Greek Islands and Paris.

His case will return to court on April 18.

That doesn't really explain anything though? If the bank account was fake--what about the travel, the condos, the car, etc etc..

He was dealing meth, it's quite obvious. A holiday ticket only costs 2 grand return from Australia to Europe. Hardly millions in cash.

I don't believe for one second he has that sort of cash sitting in a bank account. I guarantee once all the details emerge, this will be proven to be false.

I've lived for some time in Nice on less than €20 a day. You don't need millions to visit the louvre. Noosa is nice but hardly a millionaires playground, and you can pick up an Audi on a tradies wage, particularly someone selling ice by the ounce.

I'm sure he is shady as fuck, but I doubt he has the hundreds of millions stated. My theory is he probably tried to bribe his way out of of his arrest

Yep.. this seems really plausible

He is pictured in Zakynthos, a well-known summer resort Island in Greece.
Mr Harrison is also seen relaxing and enjoying a drink at a luxurious pool-side resort on the Greek Island of Santorini.

Cat knows where to party. Well sorta.. right area

Bernie Madoff and his partner Frank DiPascali pulled a similar scheme with fake "live" computer bank records to show his biggest investors that the trades were actually being placed. They wanted to see proof that they were using the computer system needed to pull of the trades, so Madoff's partner built a mirror of the financial service program and played it to them.

I just have a really hard time believing that someone with the connections for big time drug dealing or the intelligence for white collar crime, would be a bricklayer for cover.

Something tells me he's a small time crook under heavy drug induced psychosis.

So, this whole thing was a bender gone wrong :)
I read somewhere he earned 70+K - plenty to travel on.
Bricklayers get paid pretty well in australia.

no clue, since they found meth and paraphernalia on him maybe he was just spun and couldn't keep himself from talking?
This was my thoughts.

ha
if he's trying to get rid of some cash just send it here. No need to waste it all court fees...

A current affair caught up with him at his house and he logs on to the reporters phones netbank, has -50 something dollars in his account, but over a million in property and super. He's still saying he has billions though, check the video/interview -

http://www.9news.com.au/national/2016/03/28/19/05/queensland-tradies-two-tales-of-total-wealth

He mentions that he didnt use any app to show the lawyer, and he actually used the lawyers phone to log on to his net bank when it showed the mega millions in his account.

Why is this so public? The Court hears he is an ice user. He gets ip oped for drugs and he goes public sbout some huge ain't off money he may not really have? Fuckin a, is he an idiot?
