Baltimore hands down, I've had shit from Bridgeport CT, Newark NJ, Atlantic City NJ, Boston MA, and Washington DC, and none compare to the raw dope in Baltimore. Don't touch the scramble though, that stuff is dirt cheap but you get what you pay for with raw. Never taken me more than 5 minutes of walking/driving around the hood in west Baltimore to find dope, though I usually use my regular phone connect.Anyone from Tucson? I hear its everywhere but I guess I don't know the lingo. I speak a bit of espanol too but I'm so white I'm almost clear so maybe that works against me. I'm originally from Boston and we seem to have beet that to death, so I won't bother. Anyone know of the south west scene besides tweek?

With no tolerance shooting a 25 cent piece would have you rocked... boy those were the days, a gram kept me high 24/7 that first 3 weeks. it's everywhere. Please don't interpret this as racist, but the amount of Mexican cartels flowing their junk into Minneapolis increased exponentially and is at record rates in the last year or two. They're unstoppable, a new group sprouts up everyday.

oh we out here!! the city is sooooo spread out it's just a different scene. you can commute to an open air, somewhere like skidrow downtown, but the first few times you're at the mercy of some real desperate ass junkies/urchins/homeless folks that have absolutely nothing to lose, so you really have to present yourself accordingly and stick to basic rules like not handing any money over to the runner, walking behind him, copping small amounts (3/4 balloons) and TRUSTING YOUR INSTINCTS (if you feel like you're gonna get jumped, you probably are, but ain't no one gettin killed. the mexicans handle shit). first couple of times they'll walk you around to different dealers depending on who's working what corner or what kind of deal has been cut between the runner and the supplier, which is nice cuz you know the dealer will break him off so if he asks you to you can tell him to fuck off and now you know where the spot is. drawbacks: daylight hours are the only relatively safe time, and even then you could get ripped off. quality is relative but you learn real quick. the blacks have shit dope, like, dogshit, but the mexicans bring the fire, and young mexican or white kids will usually run for the mexicans. now i've found a steady hook this way that was reliable for years. in LA, the mexicans are the ones you wanna fuck with, specifically, Surenos. They run the game so there's never any real violence, they treat you well because you're their income, and i've even had some Surenos punk on a random guy who robbed me and get my money back. And the tar is legit. 120 mgs will be borderline too much for me to handle. they'll hook you up with their cliques in your immediate area so you don't have to fuck with skidrow and i've even gotten to know them well enough that they've introduced me to the chica who runs the delivery service. always on deck. always on time. always on point. 24/7. ridiculous tar and crystal, though i don't fuck too heavy with the latter. they're understanding when it comes to fronts/dopesickness/general hard times and will always help you out. the only word of warning. WHEN IT COMES TO THE LAW DO NOT CROSS THEM. this kid i knew thought he could roll over on a dealer and go into hiding but they found his ass and literally beat him half to death. but other than that, they're honest and very businesslike, and will go a long way for you if you treat them the same.It definitely isn't Cleveland I'll tell you that. Out of the three current suppliers i have, all three have pretty weak H. I'm talking Half a Gram does nothing. I spend $100 and barely get high sometimes. I had a semi decent connect, but an arrest knocked him out of the game. Then again, I haven't really tried copping on drug corners, just through connects I have through other things.Last edited:

I knew a lot of dope heads in Tucson. It's all about tar there. "Chiva" should be all you have to say to get what you want if they only speak espanol.

I can also say it's a big problem In Oregon. People OD'ing on a everyday basis. Including the younger generation. Drugs in general are bad in Oregon. From Meth to H. It's on every block every corner.

Been a while since ive had dope from bmore, but when u get good raw, its about the best dope you caan get imo. As for the scramble 80% of it is pure junk cut with who knows what. The raw i used to get was the shit that got sold to other dealers that they would step on a few times and sell as raw. Its easy to rerock dope with a press. Cut that "raw" about 6 more times and you have scramble. Ive had good quality scramble like twice in my entire life and the only reason it was good because it had a good amount of good dope in it. But if youre lookin to cop in bmore, always ask for raw. Youll get it in a little vial or a bag, some times if you get like a half g itll come in a bag corner. Scramble always comes in gel caps.FranklinBTH

I totally disagree with most of you. think about geography. Opium producing countries are closer to North America's WESTERN border. so north american cities that are at the edge of the pacific ocean ie: B.C..Washington, Oregon and California. B.C. being the best because Canadian ports are a bit more lax. If you look at a globe of the world, it will make sense to you.

^^ well i get what your saying n its not wrong in regards to Vancouver n the rest of BC who get a fair amount of asian dope n perhaps some afghan dope
but the fact that places like Oregon and Seattle and stuff get mostly tar means they arent getting much dope from said canadian imports, they are getting tar from mexico n they're is good tar from mexico but they arent the first stop on that trail, assuming wash n oregons dope is comin from california then it has had to travel a good ways from the source 'mexico' to reach them.
dunno if that means much tho cuz places that are just assumed to have some of the best dope in the US are quite a ways away from their source country, ie NY NJ Philly Baltimore are all quite far from Columbia n lots of columbian dope makes a pit stop in puerto rico
then there are places like chicago, detroit n even your town of toronto from what ive heard/read all very good dope scenes but really close to nothing as far as imports go, i saw somewhere on BL once that said chicago was one of the few places that got asian mexican and columbian dope and that detroit was one of the few places that gets columbian mexican and afghan dope (though im skeptical of the afghan thing cuz no one talks about having to use citric thats from detroit on here but the drugs inc detroit said some of their dope is afghan) n i know nothing about toronto but i know its prob the #1 or 2 place in canada for dope either behind or in front of Van BC
So its possible that as a whole city Vancouver could compete for best dope in NA imo, but i think its less likely that Portland or Seattle would but then again they're is always good dope around n always shit dope around no matter where you go
it'd be nice if you could see demographics from drug siezures from cities all around it'd be pretty interesting to see which cities heroin siezures had the highest avg purity from a given year, sure some factors could even scew that ( like a huge bust of almost pure dope in some bumfuck town n the middle of nowhere n next to no other dope siezures that year would make some shitty little down look like the capitol) but in general i think it'd be interesting n helpful to this thread if info like that was available
also im not sure what the part of the thread specifically you were disagreeing with but you gotta take into acount people just bein homers, im sure there are plenty of users who voted on this thread who have traveled around n sampled dope from multiple-many places (J spun is one i can think of off the top of my head) but most people id be willing to bet have used dope in their same home town for their entire career, they found a good dope hookup their satisfied with and just ranked their city cuz they know they can get good dope in their city, im sure not every one did that and again im not sure what you were disagreeing with but yea you gotta take a poll like this with a grain of salt. not to mention the fact that good markets were left out (IE philly, tijuana, portland, Vancouver, Toronto, houston, DFW, pheonix, alberquerque, Denver) which is likely the reason why the other catagory is so highLast edited:
