It is a beautiful day today. Oh how the sunlight alone can produce such positive feelings, even during times of trouble.

It's been a beautiful and sunny day!

Lots of work distracted myself.

For long weekends. I took a day off tomorrow for a longer weekend.

For the upcoming holidays, and blessed 4 days off after tomorrow

The rain cleared and it turned out to be a nice day out on the water.

I got skunked but they were not really biting

Another busy day … no desire to separate myself from what simply is part of me today, my thoughts, sensations experiences… appearing, coming going. I don't need to run from them.

Thankful I have a roof over my head, and food in the cupboard, water in the tap and internet on my lap..

These really are luxuries.

Thankful we can afford some of these luxuries. Suppose should be thankful for my job too.

^yeah same even if sometimes my job is draining

I´m thankful for my family and how we managed the problems we had lately plus very proud of my children.
The job though makes me feel I´m always carrying more than I should. Very draining indeed.
