thankful for 1 day off this month! today, yippee!
i also was able to get an appointment with a phd tomorrow. not just an 'in the now therapist.' i have those coping skills for the most part. he does emdr work and hypnosis! he actually answered the phone.

he said, " i answer my phone once a month, you called at the right time "
