IME it depends on the drug and it's bioavailabilty . I've gotten crazy bell ringers and intense rushes from IM coke (missed the shot), I've never got a bell ringer from sniffing coke.

Certainly! IV use took over when using heroin , oxy and other opiates. Aswell as cocaine and meth etc. Snorting is by far my worst method of ingestion . I despise it. I think the only substance I do snort is ketamine (when not IM'ing it) And as soon as the foreign invader enters my nasal membrane I instantly remember why I no longer use the method.

I hate gettin dope and not having a set. It sux becuz it adds a extra hour onto my dope run to go get sets. but if they are available then i wouldnt even consider sniffing. If there wasnt no sets that i could go buy id end up sharing one with my boy sadly enough. I done it before. it aint a good look but i wanted to get high.

it aint like now ima IV everything that comes my way but yea once u pick up that needle then its hard as fuck to consider not using it for your DOC and even other shit it turns into like a scavenger hunt like "can i shoot that hmmm"

I dislike snorting, when I want a coke high and don't want to IV (because of the kind of high or the trouble involved with finding veins) I plug; no runny nose, snorting, nasal discomfort, I plug before snorting if I'm not IV'ing. Haven't snorted in a long time.

Staving off withdrawals with a small ass stash of subutex, trying to maximize my usage of what I've got. Plus, filtering with a wheel filter it's not that bad, and I've done far worse.

seems like a bad choice, wouldn't snorting it, or taking it sublingually as prescribed allow it to last longer have let you stretch it out further. i understand you can use less iv, but it seems to me you would have to redose more often.. intranasally seems like a good inbetween.

I have no problem snorting dope, but I prefer to IV for the obvious reasons. IME, that's a unique situation. All the iv'ers I know, won't even give snorting a second thought.

Back when I was hard into booting - snorting seemed like such a waste. I stopped IVing years ago - but have yet to snort anything since. Of course, I stopped all that nonsense years ago.

Wait.... i do remember snorting when I was booting up hard... usually when I couldnt find a needle or I was in a jam and couldnt boot anywhere great. Which rarely happend. OR I was w/ding hard and couldnt wait to find a spot driving home to boot!

Yeah.. Snorting now seems to be annoying. I much rather shoot. I recently did meth for the first time. I tried snorting it and almost started gagging hardcore. So I tried shooting and found it to be so much better. Heroin is still my favorite by far though.

To me(since I rarely miss, and I am able to shoot and not get caught with bruises and shit due to excellent planning) shooting is just a better idea. No sniffing, no coughing when shit hits the back of your throat, etc. I love shooting.

i kinda have an obsession with trying new shit IV, but if it's totally not worth it (benzos, DOM) or a really different experience (coke, rolls) i don't mind eating/snorting.

Does anyone here who uses IV exclusively (coke, heroin, meth, whatever) now refuse to go back to snorting shit, even though it makes no difference (in the bioavailability, like benzos, etc.) really if you are snorting or IVing?

For example, with subutex, I'd rather slam it than sniff it, even though it's not a good pill (not that any pill really is) to shoot.

Anyone else feel this way?

Dude I started out shooting up, and then because of the getn sick part I would cook benadril with the dope and shoot it up, because of that I dont have any veins now and I cant even go draw blood!! dude I dont know how my shit is sirculating so yeah I kinda have to snort it. Is not bad though you get the nods but not much of a rush.

I find snorting coke to be ok! I like the whole numbing my face thing.

Since i started to shoot meth/amphetamine i've tried snorting occasionally but i find it disgusting nowadays. I hate the taste of the drip. It makes me gag.

I'm also addicted to the IV rush you get from shooting speed.

I've shot all the 'classic' drugs, and then some, but I've never snorted heroin. I've done a couple lines of coke and pills, and it was just disgusting.

Snorting just... hurts.

I used to IV various drugs, until I learned about plugging, which is a much better option than snorting IMO. There is somewhat of a rush when you plug (obviously nothing anywhere as good as IV, but a hell of a lot better than snorting). The bioavailability is markedly increased with plugging as well (better than snorting).

i think that is true for me. Eversince I started slammin it's what i stick to. Heroin is my choice, and weed to i like weed, just hate the smoke.

I dont know about slammin pills though man, but to each their own i guess.

how is it considered a waste? there are many people on BL that snort it and find it quite effective. there's certainly less health risks of snorting Bupe rather than injecting it.

i know i would prefer to be snorting it as i dont wanna lose any limbs...

because most people get suboxone and not subutex and snorting some shit that feels and tastes like orange bitter chalk with an endless drip that gives you a high that i'd say makes codiene look like pure pharma-heroin......i'm just gonna stop there. (Was on suboxone for almost a year and a half..fuck that crap)<<<but to anyone thinking about starting it for maintinance...it definately saved my life.. In the end though, the only thing that will stop your lust for opiates is yourself...no drug is gonna cure you. I used to shoot up dope all the time on suboxone and still get really high...i'd of course have to shoot up more though.

Anyways, to the OP: Definately NOT...i've actually gone backwards in most ways...I love snorting that really fine upper east coast powder dope. Local tar...if i get a good batch that starts as powder (clumps up into tar, and is almost clear..just a little yellow in the syringe), i'd rather smoke most of if...however if i have some rigs, (I'll still smoke most of it), i'll chase the dragon to get numb, and then spike myself up a few times at most. I have really hard to find viens...i think it's the only reason I never OD'd from shooting...cuz when i would be in really bad wd's, after spiking arms, wrists, hands, feet...like literally a few dozen times WITHOUT registering a shot...aside from the first tester one to see how strong the dope was...(and i only did tester shots after i had a really bad OD situation)....I just couldnt stand sticking myself...i'd spend hours just bruising my arms and shit and not being able to register...then i got back into tar, and it's really fucking easy now...but the lure of shooting just isn't there...I mean, i still will...but i'd actually rather drink poppy seed tea....so there. (And FYI, the tar I get is from a mexican family that has some operation where when i get it, it's still uncut from TJ...you don't have to believe me..I'm good ....imagine sucking up some tar from the cotton and it being unbelieveably clear...without using much water at all

Shooting sucks....i'd rather smoke dope all day long...like the chinese did/do with their opium dens.
