I hear you, I've been trying to do the same.I see. Yes I do need a breakhow im gonna do it is hard.
They're never going to compare, there's different reasons for taking nootropics, the main 1 for me is that they provide a small boost to the benzo, which means you can take less of the benzo, which is a good thing!L theanine, taurune, valerian, magnolia

Tried all different work but can't compare to benzosvi spose m.

I think I've figured out what I've been doing wrong and that is taking 3 different Benzodiazepines at the same time. Idiot yep!helps if people understand what you're taking and any medical drivers.
Only 1 i take and can get my hands on which is good is Piracetam.there's different reasons for taking nootropics, the main 1 for me is that they provide a small boost to the benzo, which means you can take less of the benzo, which is a good thing!
Worth a read of the Ashton Manual, in my mind that would be better if there's multiple benzo's in the mix, it's based around a swap of all your benzos to diazepam before then starting a gradual taper.I think I've figured out what I've been doing wrong and that is taking 3 different Benzodiazepines at the same time. Yeah I have the hard copy.Worth a read of the Ashton Manual, in my mind that would be better if there's multiple benzo's in the mix, it's based around a swap of all your benzos to diazepam before then starting a gradual taper.
well the both act on CYP3A4, though tagamet also acts on other reuptake inhibitors.I don't know if i should add Grapefruit juice into the mix or not.
I already take Tagamet.
I see...yeah I'll just stick with Tagamet as I've read grapefruit juice could have the opposite effect.well the both act on CYP3A4, though tagamet also acts on other reuptake inhibitors.
grapefruit is longer lasting than Tagamet because grapefruit destroys the CYP3A4 enzeyme whilst cimetidine (tagamet) is a reversible inhibitor.
There's danger in taking both as the unpredictability increases, you're also going to be loading up your body with lots of benzos and their effect will stick around much longer than you realise, if you take a decent dose of diazapam with them both and then take another decent dose 2 days later you very well may find that there's more residual diazepam left in your system than you realise.....
what might be a better idea is to just redose the tagamet rather than double up on 2 different things, though honestly it might be worth considering what's driving you to want to extend things so long, I know you're already aware of dependency signs
I might take bothTagamet (cimetidine) Raises blood levels & slows clearance
Grapefruit Increases absorption & raises peak levels
just be carefulI might take both
Watch it mate with that there's not even a Landline in my mum's house. Don't know why loljust be careful, wear 2 condoms and have your mum ready on speed dial.
jokes aside, if you are going to do it anyway don't just jump straight in at the deep end, there's no rush, you can build up to it e.g. reduce benzo dose, start with 1 on its own, try the other on its own, then add the other in at a smaller dose etc. Don't assume the single dose of each on their own will work the same when combined.
and be wary of other CNS stuff while you're experimenting
No won't be drinking or anything like that.be wary of other CNS stuff while you're experimenting
