That's stupid they'd even make you pay a fine or see a counselor for a personal amount of any kind of drug. I'm guessing they wouldn't for weed but could for other things, but really that's not a big deal so long as the fine isn't too big.

Agreed. It disproportionately affects the poor. If you can afford the $100 fine its practically legal for you to possess, know what i mean..

Marijuana is legal in Oregon so no worries there

My kratom dealer told me that even if it were to be "banned" it would take a while ( year or more ) for the ban to take effect, I have to try to find out more details

This shit potentially could ruin my life and all the stability that I have right now!
