Thoughts on FDAs latest attempt to ban Kratom and Phenibut?

Agreed. It disproportionately affects the poor. If you can afford the $100 fine its practically legal for you to possess, know what i mean..

Marijuana is legal in Oregon so no worries there

But yeah I’ve long advocated for full legalization, it’s the best solution
 
My kratom dealer told me that even if it were to be "banned" it would take a while ( year or more ) for the ban to take effect, I have to try to find out more details

This shit potentially could ruin my life and all the stability that I have right now!
