He have had sum bad times and will lay low for sum weeks, he is ok and is getting treatment and will hopefully be back soon.

I'm not up for listening to linky right now but that isn't a second Seahorses album is it? Don't recognise the artwork and don't recall what it was actually called but thought it was self-titled hence asking if there's more than one. Had mixed opinions of the first (and I thought only but am perhaps mistaken on that) album. Was massively disappointed at the time but suspect I'd enjoy it far more these days when I can treat it as an album in its own right rather than wanting it to be Stone Roses Pt2 which it really wasn't.
 
no that's the first one it a photo of the world art work that john did for it did have a copy of minus blue but that was not so good one or two tracks on it are of this albums class but other wise its not worth dig out really

no it was john just doing what he wanted like with the two solo albums time changes everything and marshals house both totally different to this and each other

So there (sort of) was a second Seahorses album then. Nice find, FG. Bookmarked that for later. Not heard his solo album either - any good? Seemed strange that the Seahorses album was so... unremarkable given he writes such good stuff with the Roses. I assumed it was the coke that kept the quality down. Either too much or too little of it. Thanks for those :)
