I'm waiting til the end of the season so I watch the whole lot in one.

Have you seen six feet under? "Dexter" is brill in that

Ohh not seen that, will have to give it a watch. Been looking for summat to watch that isn't Always Sunny... or Arrested Development. Am a bit the same with watching a season all in one go, was made up when they released all of AD season 4 at once. Watched it all in one day

Fair enough. I have a massive list of stuff that I felt was wrong with it and went against everything the series was building too but it would include spoilers. I might NSFW it. Just wondered what everyone else thought of it before I let rip.
 
6 feet Under was great.

I tried to get into Dexter recently, only watched the first two episodes of season one and gave up. I liked a few of his philosophies =D , but the whole thing seemed a bit lacking in depth after watching Breaking Bad.

Watching Nurse Jackie at the moment. Great show.

Well no, at this moment I'm watching Four In A Bed. Nurse Jackie is our evening box set viewing atm.

Ok here's a few things that annoyed me:

How come in one episode the bad guy was this guy trying to promote justice and only take out the bad guys in memory of his ex missus or whatever then next episode he's become a psycho cop killer with absolutely no agenda or morals going round shooting everybody. It didn't make sense to me how he flipped from one episode to the next.

I don't know if I missed something but where did that crack commando bint come from that sprung Luther from the car? Who the hell was she? How the hell did she know the car was going to go down that road to set up a stinger and smoke grenades? Bit far fetched.

After Luther was shot in the leg he did do a bit of 'ow, ow this hurts' acting. Didn't last long though and he practically sprinted up those stairs after being shot in the leg not soon before hand.

Weirdly was gonna use Dexter as the theme for one of my Philosophy essays in my first year but dropped it in favour of Shutter Island for exactly that reason.

Got Four in a Bed on too, still. Love how they all get at each other, and the German woman with the Blackpool accent. The two older women are blatantly lezzers as well, I don't care what they say. That flannel has me convinced otherwise.

The shot leg thing was really badly done and I thought the same as you!


I love four/three in a bed but preferred it when Stephen Mangan (Guy in the Green Wing) narrated. His voice is beaut

Woah, didn't know he used to narrate it! Can't recall his voice but like him in Green Wing.

Has the editing on Come Dine always been this good? Watching it now on more 4 and it's got me laughing my arse off.

Nope it used to be way moar srs iirc. The voice dude was less camp and sarcastic and more just like a regular narrator with the odd joke thrown in.

Sometimes he gets on my tits with his relentless comments, but he does make the show for sure.

Just flicked over - whoa that dude's hair!

He reminds me of a gay, less fat, Roy Chubby Brown, for some reason. Yeah he makes the show for sure, killed me when the dude hosting made a comment about there being other life out there and then it cut to him.
