Louis CK is great. Really, really good. He's a massively successful writer and stand up comedian and is rolling in money now but he hasn't let it get to his head, not a bad way anyway, and his work is just full of human compassion, a comprehensive understanding of the human condition, and ruthless self-deprecation. I love him.

The way his on-screen daughter says "Daaaaaaaddy" is still the funniest thing I've seen between his TV series & his stand-up.

Peter Andre - My Life ITV2 NOW!!

edit>>>>he's just been talking about things he would change if he was PM. Great stuff. (he justified it by saying Ronald Reagan started off as an actor)

Been watching Campus on 4OD. It's a bit like The Office, or actually more like Green Wing, set in a university but it's much better than that sounds. Some very funny bits, worth a watch if you've not seen it.

Did anybody watch a series based on Lynda la Plantes - 'The Governer' in the....... 80's I think it was?
I like her stuff and wondered how it fared in comparison to her other work.

I like her stuff and wondered how it fared in comparison to her other work.

You mean: Trial & Retribution (ITV 1997-), Bella Mafia (1997) (starring Vanessa Redgrave), (ITV 1998 ), Killer Net (Channel 4 1998 ) and Mind Games (ITV 2001).

No.

theyre working off the books, been meaning to check them out theyre supposed to be really good

So who's watching Broadchurch then? Whodunnit? Last one in ten mins!

How sad, I'm actually excited

I am not. Dunno what Broadchurch is but if it involves whodunnits I'll stick with blissful ignorance. Bet a ball MamaSham will be watching it though. Whatever it is.

Am halfway through watching Bill Bailey's Junge Hero: Wallace in Borneo. Good stuff. Only really know Wallace by name so is good to find out a bit more about his life and work. Much more interesting than Darwin's life anyway. Lots of nice nature footage of Bill Bailey with other hairy primates and assorted exotic creatures too. Worth a watch.
