The 'What Have You Bought Recently?' Thread - Because Summer Is a Show Off

I bought this my daughter for Christmas. Spent a nice couple of days making them with her.

Tbh, I had more fun than her. Loved it, you make the whole charm out of coloured clay, few different techniques to create different styles, marbled effect etc.. Pop them in the oven to set. Hours of fun, think I might buy some more and start flogging them. Pandora hasn't got shit on me..

Haven't bought myself anything for a while.
 
I bought my mum a cup of coffee from McDonalds today because I'm really fucking generous.

Other than that my recent purchases have been similar to usual: crystal meth, train tickets, booze... plus treated myself to this perfume: http://www.boots.com/en/DIESEL-Loverdose-Eau-de-Parfum-50ml_1230793/ which I really couldn't afford but oh well, I'd rather be poor than have BO. I didn't pay £40 for it at least.

I have had a break in between, still only done it a few times and done very little else in general. I'm awwright, can't see myself getting bad with it like I was with coke at least. It is expensive and there are many other things I could buy but meh... making the most of it before serious saving begins.

You should skip forward and move into that trailer now.

My finger is currently hovered over the buy it now button for one of these. My son's spare board is too loose for me and there is nothing more cathartic than skating with the kids.

Its a portable speaker, supposedly the best around. You can daisy chain 2 or more together. Went to a house party over christmas where my mate had 2 plus a sub and was really impressed with the sound, lasted the whole party purely on battery alone as well.
 
I had a walkman as a kid that could listen to side B of tapes via a switch rather than taking the tape out and spinning it around. You know you've fucking arrived in life when you have that sort of technology at your disposal.
 
Haha too right ponch. I had one of those as well. Then a cheap cd walkman that used to skip like fuck. Then a sony one with with anti skip or whatever it was
 
I just discovered that you can use your NFC compatible phone to write to NFC tags as well as read them. There is an app for Android called Trigger which will activate a Tasker task from an NFC tag. So I'm going to stick these everywhere and change all my phone settings based on my location. Looking forward to having one on my desk at work to put it on silent :)
