Pretty big spending weekend. I've bought an old van with a mattress in to go to tasmania and up the west coast of australia in :) (cannot wait, just need to save a few more $ for roadtrip cash), a ticket to watch nas perform illmatic, and some lsd :)

It seems to do well on number 6, gets it to the top of the green zone on the dial. Maybe the first few hits are a bit too strong & I should start on a lower number, but I like the strong hits. I've got another portable battery powered vaporizer, Flowermate V5.0s, so that's more convienient for times when i don't want to totally blow myself away.

It is quite awesome, best vaporiser I've ever tried. Gets me more stoned than anything ever has & tastes great. No draw resistance on it & huge thick clouds of vapour, cooled well by that bendy steel coil. Seems to be very solid build quality too.

I bought the latest WoW expansion the other day, i used to play it alot when i was in college. I been playing it like 10 hours a day since i got it =D

aye, you re right, i was thinking of the other thing... cant really blame me as they re related (castanuelas is a diminutive is it not?) and thought you used the word in english not spanish... ah nevermind. enjoy your autumnal treat!

Have you any interest in or knowledge of the old history of the former "Van Diemens Land"?

Lots of historical stuff on east & west coasts if you're so inclined. Places where us Brits sent "bad people" to do hard labour and the beginnings of so-called civilisation on the island. I've read a few books on the subject and it's fucking fascinating actually. Been to Sydney but no opportunity to venture further. I love all that old colonial/transportation shit even though we were pretty evil back then. :D
 
Yes Im currently working in Melbourne. I've got 18 months left in Australia, so will hopefully get to drive down the east coast.. I've been Cairns but nowhere else. Yes its fascinating, those were hard times. A lot harder being a tassie aboriginal though!

Just spent £17 on some scales. Was dithering between two but went with the ones that were £1 more expensive because 1) they'd sold more and 2) they had MUCH faster estimated delivery and I'll probably need them for the beginning of next week. Optimistic maybe with royal fail but the post date said by Tuesday so I'll hold them to that.

Need to make sure my mother doesn't find these ones as losing £17 would probably be enough to make me cry. Not that she got rid of the ones she found before as I found them in a cupboard yesterday but they weren't amazing and I'm too much of a coward to try and take them back. And the ones I have now are shit so long overdue purchase really.

Woo exciting. More excited by the first thing I'll hopefully be using them to weigh but I havent paid for that yet so it doesnt count as a purchase.
