DXM should be added to NMDA antagonists

what about UGT2B7 inhibitors like naproxen sodium and quinine? in addition, alcohol, a 2D6 inducer, is useful for potentiating the pro-drugs codeine, tramadol, and DXM
 
Does anyone know if guaifenesin will be absorbed by plugging? Swim has codeine/guaifenesin syrup but the guaifenesin sometimes hurts swims stomach.
 
guaifenesin is highly water soluble and should be fine to plug, but i'm not to sure about the other inactive ingredients in your syrup...
 
i have cyclobenzaprine as well as promethazine and xanax on hand. all 3 of these are in me and now i'm about to dive into some H and/or opanaER.

IMO - the 3 things i mentioned are great potentiaters for opiates, obviously the xanax is useless if you do NOT have any anxiety issues at all. it will just make you tired/knock you out (different than nodding) but i swear by it sometimes to flatten me out if i'm cold sober and on the edge of insanity...

Isoniazid is a MAOI, mixing this type of drug can be risky from what I've read.
 
Yes mixing Benzos with Opiates can be risky, particulary when you take the Benzo first. A high proportion of drug related deaths involve the two.

Have mixed Poppy Tea with Etizolam, was euphoric and sedated. If mixing the two, I'd use an Opiate dose that lower than usual.
 
Meclozine, maybe..?

Hello everybody, just a simple question: Does meclozine HCL work as an opiate (fentanyl) potentiator? (and if it does, at what doses..). Thanks:),

i use this drug Isoniazid and will for, uhg, the next 9 months. i did not know it inhibited any enzymes but have not noticed any potentiation. then again, i've never noticed potentiation of any sort from any of the so called boosters - white grapefruit, tagamet, benzos, etc. weed maybe, but that's not so much potentiation as a killer combination. anyway, you should stay away from Isoniazid unless you need it. it's really hard on your liver..

Ya mean meclezine? Yeah, its Dramamine, right. Known effect is drowsiness. I would be wary to mix Fent w/anything anyhow...

I don't ever see why theres a need for any potentiator.......if your prescribed ask your doctor, and express your issues, if they dont care GO ELSEWHERE! I am one to talk, I am on Methadone and Xanax Bars. I have the worse insomnia and would rather stay up then take 6mg of Xanax. I just feel its too high of a dose. Not that it is for everyone but I only need 4mgs. Not complaining just saying if you are not prescribed or are and are doing junkie business and have yet to see a real haaaarrrrddd nod, its not fun. You have to stay awake if it gets too intense of a nod unless you want to die, and at times it can be soooo hard even standing up, not constantly falling over standing up. I hate topics like this, but to each your own....:\



I KNOW this is off topic. I just want to express how bad it is mixing opiates or opioids with benzos or any other drug that will intensify effects.
 
What mg should I NOT exceed of Hydroxyzine if I take them and then insufflate Oxymorphone? I have 2 opana 40s. Was planning on doing both gradually tonight.
Ive taken two hydroxzyines 25mgs so far.
 
Personally I would titrate the Opana,starting at a lower dose than usual. Say have half your usual dose, then 30-40 minutes take a bit more, and so on. Have a sitter nearbt incase things do get out of hand.
 
What can be used to potentiate tramadol's ANALGESIC effects? I'm on flexoril, gabapentin, pantaprazole, and wellbutrin continuously, and I have meclizine and diphenhydramine readily available. Also, will the tums and grapefruit juice help? I just know that tramadol is a weird opioid and wasn't sure if the conventional methods would help with absorption and/or potentiation. I also know that O-desmethyltramadol is what causes the pain-killing effects so I was wondering if the grapefruit juice would actually hinder its effects.
 
Just wondering how carbamazapine affects poppy tea. I remember reading that it converts codeine or whatever into morphine quicker but at the same time makes it leave the body quicker. As the other night I did a tiny dose of pods , only about 3 or so in a cafetier and had taken a couple carbamazapine + pregabalin (both prescription) before hand and the high was extremely euphoric.
 
I love the tried and true white grapefruit juice concentrate and immodium or loperamide about 8 mgs I promise youll feel better than if you didnt try it

Yeah, it would be nice to know. I was also given carbamazepine, but I was fearing loosing "soul" because of it. Now I have quite a lot of them
 
By losing soul what do you mean? I'd love to know your experiences with the drug via pm or something

What does L-tyrosine do to potentiate opiates? I thought it was like levadopa or something
