Its a lot of fun, but you can see where they've left things out so you'll pay for them in an expansion (e.g. you don't actually see the inside of restaurants and you just "eat" no choosing what you do really), etc.
So I never played Fallout back in the day. On a recommendation from the weekend I got it. It is pure crack cocaine. I've had two days at work on 2 hours of sleep. No regrets.
And I can't recommend http://www.goodoldgames.com enough. They've got a bunch of older awesome games with full pdf scanned manuals engineered to install and work straight up for xp and vista without dicking around with emulators. Prices range from 6-10 US bucks which ain't too shabs.
Still haven't bought SC2 yet, I wasn't really any good at Starcraft. I would vs my brother all the time and never win a game, though he skipped most of high school just so he could play that game.
when i first bought that game my friend syd came over and i stayed up all night playing it. i think i spent more time looking at the scenery than playing the game.
