Recently been playing Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger. Forgot how much fun these old SNES games are :)

I've always hated Sega because I've been a Nintendo fan forever but now I miss the good old days of Nintendo/Sega rivalry. I wish they still existed as an independent entity.

Sony and Microsoft can fuck right off.

I believe it was too advanced for its time.. Its release date was terrible, coming out only a few months before Playstation 2

It was the first system that offered online play and internet browsing.. the games were there but the fan base wasnt, quite a lot of people went towards the PS2. I for one think the dreamcast was a brillant console.

We still do that now when we are playing Missile Command or Pitfall on the 2600 and it goes all blocks and 'bbblleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepppp'

I understood the picture and was like, meh. Then I realised that it was a design for a t-shirt and I started laughing.
 
A couple of my friend's have been ranting about Fable 2 (Xbox360) and how excited they are for it to be released. I had never played the original game so I borrowed Fable: The Lost Chapters (Xbox) from one of them and have been playing it on my 360. Such an addictive game. It brings back memories of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on N64.

One thing I can't decide yet... Should I be good or evil?

So far I've been doing good deeds most of the time, but stealing shit whenever people aren't looking.

If I were to get my hands on an NTSC as opposed to a PAL Wii, what sort of problems would I have? Does that mean I can't play games purchased in Australia? What if I got it chipped? Are there problems then with bricking or do I just need to make sure I do my updates before I play any new game?

Australia's ratings body, the Classification Board, has now reclassified Fallout 3 as MA 15+, with consumer advice that the game has strong violence, drug references, and coarse language. This means that the game will definitely be on sale in Australia, and several local retailers are pegging mid-October 2008 as the release window.

GameSpot AU has contacted the Classification Board, with a spokeswoman saying Fallout 3's resubmitted version was passed by the board because "the reward and incentive" for in-game drug use had been significantly toned down. No further detail was available, however, on what exactly had been changed in the game

....Looks like I'll get my bobble head after all :D
 
Bionic Commando Rearmed is a pretty good throwback to 80s gameplay.
Takes a while to force the fact that you can't jump outside of your head, but once you get used to the Bionic Arm mechanic it's definitely worth the $15
