I just got a new computer last weekend and got Command and Conquer 3 with it so I've been playing that. I've always been a big fan of the series, but missed out on Generals due to my computer being shit - I'll probably buy it soon. So I've got a bit of catching up to do, if anyone wants to recommend what games of the last 1 or 2 years I should get it'd be much appreciated...

Also I bought the new Zelda off ebay for the Wii so I'll be hitting that soon.

I'm way too cool to play PC games (:|) but if I wasn't and I wasnt sick of PC recycled genres I'd be picking up a copy of company of heroes right now

Have been playing through the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series of games recently. Had some lightsaber battle cravings.
Working on Jedi Academy now.

C&C3 as well, but less so. No lightsabers in C&C3.
 
been playin Dead Rising on Xbox 360 on my new 50" plamsa :o. That game has the shitest save system on any game I've ever played.

Waiting on my copy of GoW to come in the mail. $17 bucks from DVDcraze.com.au

the save system is that horrendous, i completely stopped playing it after the 2nd act

however, i did manage a panty shot of the woman in glasses while she was sitting down, fulfilling the erotica shot. only highlight :(
 
yes, and part of the the very small and exclusive club of 'good things that have come out of Canberra'

dead rising was amusing for about 15mins ... ok, maybe 10

heavenly sword is only a few months away. almost worth shelling out the $$ for a PS3
 
heavenly sword has gotten a lot of mixed reviews though
only three games im waiting for ps3 wise are the new ratchet and clank, ff13 and mgs4
 
nice selection. i think the mgs games are headed in the same way as tony hawk though (watered down generic content and badly tacked on features).

possibly a hire first and see type thing
 
er, ninja gaiden sigma, little big planet are also 2 titles which may convince me to get a ps3 - though I'm not much for multiplayer online which may negate the appeal of little big planet.
 
Ahh yup that save system on Dead Rising is seriously fucked up. That games sitting on the bottom of my pile now cuz of it :( Maybe one day.

Been playing Crackdown of late, I'm hooked. Gun fun, nothing too complicated.

I'm pumped about mass effect, which looks to be KOTR for 360. I don't see what all of you are complaining about with dead rising, ffs there are lots of toilets around, go find one and save, or upstairs, whatever.
