just bought Guitar Hero 2 on the 360, selling the PS2 version to someone at work

there's a mountain of GH2 boxes at JB HiFi at the QVB store in the Sydney CBD, 3 days before release date.
 
Playing STALKER atm.
Fuck its buggy.
I'm lucky if I get more than 15mins of gametime before it hangs and I have to reboot. piece of shit game.
good fun though.
 
im going to hang around and wait for the wireless guitar version for 360 before buying it. Can't wait to rock out with my cock out!

i've only played the demo, but i played the shit out of it
the lack of plot is totally made up for when you jump off the top of the highest building onto innocent bystanders on the street

i'll buy it when my gf stops whipping me

your gaming choices are always class! stalker is my next game to play. are you sure it's not just your pc rather than the game? it runs lovely on the few machines i've seen, and this is with even with nvidia cards that are getting on.

currently playing:

god of war and it's sequel - so much better than devil may cry II / III
vice city stories / liberty city stories
css (sadly) - source isn't my cup of tea, but everyone else seems to play it. multiplayer garry's mod it is!
ds 2 broken world - (a gigantic disappointment if you ask me. when i installed the expansion it refused to acknowledge any of my previous characters or their save files, no matter how many patches or sneaky tricks tried. now i have to start my tanky character all over again) :X
hexen! the doomsday engine runs it and the doom series wonderfully, so resdiscovering the old classics has become awesome.
hexen 2 for that matter, after getting it working on the powerbook. (note for tards, persistence with the touchpad mouse doesn't pay off)

Agreed, though i still have much love for the original DMC I and other classic PS2 platformers Jak n Daxter / Ratchet and Clank

the trailer for the new ratchet and clank on ps3 is insane
but i can't justify forking out $999 to play it
 
Stalker works fine on medium graphics for me, but I did have to install a patch changing something to do with the page file first.
 
I could do with another cpu core, but otherwise, my hardware is up to scratch - the game seems to have been rushed and/or the QA team were on crack.

I won't be playing it until they release another 15 patches that cover the single player campaign, as opposed to just MP

the flip mechanism really opens up the gameplay, plus it's hilarious
 
Downloaded and installed Dystopia, a HL2 TC, and by Zeus, it rocks. looks beautiful too, for something developed on a 3 year old engine.
