Ryan Air don't show the final price either, the price they show is before tax etc. Can't be illegal yet then?

Sounds OK like but it's hardly great, you still don't get the flight for free and you have to cover your accomodation and spending costs while over there. Plus you might not get to take a bag with you which means no clothes etc. :/

Nah that's just some company trying to make money off people. You'll be able to find companies yourself that do it without paying money for any lists.

I'm excited as I'm off travelling soon. Saved up a million pennies and am flying to Thailand in November with my girlfriend for 3 weeks, then I'm sending her back home while I hopefully got visit some of the surrounding countries, then I'm off to Oz to make use of the aussie passport I've had for a few years. Got no plans really, just going with the flow.
 
I'm starting to think seriously about going abroad to do some volunteer work before settling down into the world of work.

Kara I've been looking at doing some WOOFING as well. Where abouts would you want to do it? I want to work on a farm where they make their own cider but that probably limits me to the UK and it's going to get a bit cold outside soon.

I think it'd be cool as well.
 
let me get this straight.

you go to one of these farms (i.e. businesses) and slave away for about 6 days a week, and be at the beck and call of the farmer and every member of his inbred family, for fuck all? and on that day off you'll probably be too shattered to do anything, and even if you wanted to, you'd have no money anyway?

where do i sign up?
