Powder_Sports: what a load of crap you have just said. Speed does not do anything to your muscles or your fat. It is the increased metabolism combined with lack of appetite which results in weight loss. This weight loss is due to loss of fat as well bodily fluids and in severe cases, muscle loss. If adequate nutrition is maintained, the sources of energy such as carbohydrates and fat are plenty to go on for the increased metabolism. Your muscles won't go anywhere.
The danger is the loss of appetite, but as I've mentioned, eating when on speed is a must. If not while totally of your head, then closer to a come down.
Its simple, provide enough resources for your body to cope with increased metabolism and to last through periods of lost appetite (but keep these right down) and you will maintain a constant weight. Now, start eating protein rich foods, protein powder, creatine, licithin and other suppliments, go to the gym regularly and hurt yourself a bit, and this will start building your muscles.
