My dad was also a chemistry teacher. A teacher for life. Unfortunately, while he taught me many things, he never taught me the finer points of drug chemistry On the other hand, he was open minded enough to give me some precisely measured 5 mg doses of laboratory pure morphine to experiment with. Good dad!

Yeah, Skorpio is someone who REALLY knows their stuff and it just shows when they can just drop in a little comment to get us all thinking.

Didn't Confuscius say something along the lines of 'a teacher for a day is a parent for life'?

Very intelligent & informative, but never in a condescending or "i'm better than you" way like some people can be on here.

When Skorpio comes around, I always end up learning something new or getting excited to learn about it. Some times I'm too ignorant to understand some of this stuff, but when Skorpio talks about it, I end up finding myself wanting to know more because they're enthusiastic about it themselves.

Definitely one of the wiser (and incredibly open minded & kind) people I've known on BL since I've been on here.
