Neuroscience The science of cross tolerance in opioids

Yeah, Skorpio is someone who REALLY knows their stuff and it just shows when they can just drop in a little comment to get us all thinking.

Didn't Confuscius say something along the lines of 'a teacher for a day is a parent for life'?

I guess we all have Skorpio. A really decent person.
Skorpio's awesome!

Very intelligent & informative, but never in a condescending or "i'm better than you" way like some people can be on here.

When Skorpio comes around, I always end up learning something new or getting excited to learn about it. Some times I'm too ignorant to understand some of this stuff, but when Skorpio talks about it, I end up finding myself wanting to know more because they're enthusiastic about it themselves.

Definitely one of the wiser (and incredibly open minded & kind) people I've known on BL since I've been on here.

I tried that experiment couple years ago also and it does work, i have a bad back and tried everything til i met a really good pain doctor i could talk to and make that experiment beacuse upping morphine all the time hates our doctors here and just 10-20mg oxycontin is very high dose for them.
They are different antagonist so should work on different receptors, i could get almost pain free from just 40mg methadone couple months and 60+ mg morphine the other months, they are different analog so you notice wich helps best this way also beacuse methadone does help better for nerve pain so that way you can figure out what medicine works best for longer periods .
