yo does anybody have a good vegetable lasagna recipie?

it is pretty simple to do and really does taste amazing, i left out mushrooms from it because im not a huge fan but you could throw in any variety of vegtables with the mince meat, or if you dont like beef you could replace the mince with pork or whatever

That looks lovely but why not step up your cullinary talents and make your own bechemel & tomato sauces next time? Definitely means making lasagne becomes a labour of love but well worth the extra effort and not difficult at all. (and a sprig of bouquet garnis in the simmering tom sauce adds all the right Italian herbs in one hit with zero hassle, available at the supermarket).

If a bought sauce is required I've found an organic range of sauces by a co. called Seeds of Change, stocked by the Co-Op, their bolognaise sauce is the nearest I've tasted to home made.

Sorry - just realised you did kind of make your own tom sauce, I saw the name Ragu and thought it was a jar. Real real tom sauce is kind of difficult to make in this country given that our 'fresh' tomatoes taste like cotton wool.

Looks really tasty RA.

He just used passata which is sieved tomatoes so he did make his own sauce really, no different fro using tinned tomatoes and since it's winter there's not much point in using fresh tomatoes.

I'll definitely give that a go at some point. But I have to force myself to resist the urge to chomp on sweet things from now on. Been-a-munchin' way too much chocolate and the like.
