In recipe news, I now have a cooker. A rather shitey cooker but a cooker nonetheless. Needs a good cleaning but after that I can finally get around to cooking some of these recipes instead of drooling at the pics :)
 
Hopefully it works ok. I can't make my favourite cake because of our crappy cooker, bt everything else is ok in it!

Wibs: It works insofar as it gets hot when you turn it on, but I doubt it's the cooker of champions. Ancient electric jobbie - and I mean jobbie in more than one sense. It makes things hot and isn't a microwave though, so a veritable cornucopia of new culinary possibilites lies before me. Probably end up mostly still microwaving stuff though :|

Kate's Cosmic Cookies are definitely on the menu sometime soon though :)
 
Not sure I'm up for becoming part of any harem that would have me as a member!
