Ive had an interest in photography for a while now, my camera is nothing special, just a 10mp digital camera with a small optical zoom. It has done the job in the past though which is good.
All i need are some batterys and im hoping to take some cool pictures of my town and the surrounding areas.

p.s. does anyone in this thread mind if i borrow one of their photographs to use as a background pic for my pc??

Just a start and i know the photos aren't great. I wasnt really intending to show the differences between our culture and that of the majority of the turks. But we were staying in this great appartment complex complete with its own pool, gym and decent restaurant. While overlooking the balcony you could see where some of the Turkish people were living happily. I spoke to a couple of them and they said that all they want is a roof over their head and nothing more. It amazed me to be honest. So i took a photo of their accomodation compared to ours.
